Tortilleria La Rancherita — Restaurant in Florida

I do not believe it even deserves 1 star. I came from Ohio, was excited to see there was somewhere that actually had my favorite tortillas! I went in, first of all I couldnt get anyone up to the register to tend to my needs..(thank goodness) While I was waiting I had heard some noises, didnt pay it much attention til I looked to the left and there was rats bigger than my hand indulging on the tortillas off the shelpf that they sell to the public. This place needs to be shut down. God only knows how many people have gotten sick off of this place. I’ve gone in twice, first time I order ten packs of tortillas they gave me taco tortillas who I did not ask for, I asked for tortillas there’s a difference, one is the size of your palm the other is as big or a bit bigger than your full hand. The second time I went in they refused to sell to me while they sold to other people so I don’t know how to feel about that, she just stared me up and down and said I don’t have any tortillas before I could even ask her for any I did not say one word to her! She just straight up said “ no tortillas I don’t have any” as other customers were literally paying for tortillas. This place is in no way a restaurant. They had limited food under a heat lamp that looked disgusting. They DO NOT have tacos lkke i saw in another review.
