This apartment complex does not take care of their tenants. They will be put under scrutiny in the public eye for ripping people off with false advertisement. This complex has a termite and roach infestation. The termite infestation is so bad that he entire building needs to be bombed. Same with the roaches. They do not want to lose money from rent so they are not having the problem professionally taken care of. Air conditioning units have been out for a year and more for many different apartments in here under the excuse that their is supposed to be a 20 degree difference between the inside and outside. All of us in this apartment complex are fed up with your lack of professionalism. Do your jobs. Or be reported to the police, code enforcement and news reporters. And be under scrutiny from the american public. Take care of your tenants the way you are supposed to. And quit violating basic human living conditions.

I rented here from March 2022 - June 2023 and during that time, it changed management. And wow, what a difference. Prior to this change of ownership, the place was infested with bugs, the pool was green, work orders took months to complete if ever, and the police were here 3-4 nights a week. A night and day difference with the new management team. They have been making much needed improvements in every aspect of the complex. New landscaping, fixed the pool, fully staffed maintenance crew, and consitant pest control. This is in large part due to the manager, Donna. She has been very helpful and clearly knows how to run an apartment complex correctly. She is very by the book but fair and willing to work with you. There is still a lot of work to be done here, but it's obvious this complex is headed in the right direction. Given another year on this track, and the complex will be unrecognizable...

If I could give them 0 stars I would . Don’t move here and pay your hard earned money. The place is infested with roaches and termites. They won’t treat the apartments properly and won’t even allow you to bomb the apartment , even then the roaches are imbedded from the walls . The landlord puts tenants out so her family members can occupy units. She fired employees that lived in the complex due to a pet “dog” they had and gave them an hour to move out of the apartment. Disgusting behavior and she did all of this before the holidays! Take a risk elsewhere with someone who at least has sympathy for families . She wants the complex to be mostly whites, she stated that the...
