Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

I've had somewhat of a wonderful time eating here. The food is delicious and their smoothies are worth every cent. It's all fresh food freshly made and ready when made. The few issues I do have here are their menus. Very small, plus, no prices showing on the small menu's they have. They only show the count of the calories in each dish listed on it. You have to look at the menu behind the counter up on the wall to see the price of each dish, which I found frustrating to deal with.

Plus, while I tried to eat with my family, I heard commotion coming from the kitchen, a gentleman by the name of kenu and/or keanu (not sure how to spell his name) being very loud and very rude to everyone there. He's also very rude to his employees and managers. There was a new girl working there she said who was in training as an assistant manager. He was treating her very unkindly and verh rude like as well. I came by to ask her something but was notified that she had left that company due to his behavior and nothing was done about it. Apparently other customers have been seeing this gentleman acting out, yelling and have seen him throw items through the kitchen while trying to order food, or when they are eating. Some employees have stated that all he does is sit in the cooler being on his phone and not doing anything. When he comes out, he starts his misbehavior like a 5 year old all over again. I highly suggest something be done about him. Other wise you'll lose employees and more business at this location in...

I work next door and we TRY to eat here a lot. We've never been to this Tropical Smoothie and NOT had some sort of problem. We used to walk over and order and wait upwards of 25 minutes for two smoothies and two wraps - just to find out that while they were bringing everyone's order who ordered after us out, ours were sitting on top of a microwave for over fifteen minutes and the wraps were cold by the time we got them. We thought we'd solve the problem by ordering ahead on the app. So we'd order, wait about twenty minutes and then walk over - nothing was ready, even if we showed up after the time they said it would be ready. There are a couple of nice folks who work there, but most of them are rude and don't understand why you're frustrated when you have to wait over 25 minutes for your food and they treat you like you're the unreasonable one when you ask for a status on your order. They roll their eyes at you, huff at you, go in to the kitchen and yell at the other employees about the people out front, and we can hear them... It's just terrible. They recently had a sign out front that said if you rated them five stars on Facebook or Google and showed them your rating, they'd give you a free smoothie. They're literally buying good reviews from customers trying to boost their rating because...

I don't go out often at all, especially not to sit down and eat somewhere. I know I'm an extremely picky eater so why not just stay home and make it right. Turns out this should have been one of those times. I don't like coconut so I ask for my bowl with out coconut. Yet somewhere as I'm eating it, seeing flakes of coconut.... I started w just feeding my husband said bites until he gets on to me for not eating what I ordered.... A bad habit of mine, so After I explained it to him, he reassured me I should ask the person behind the counter working about it and see. the girl asks me to wait and after going in the back for a lil while she comes back with tales of food being stored so close together and used together so frequently you really cant always help it and these things happen. And trails off. This is obviously not her speech nor something she even agrees with so I just sigh and move on. Such is my luck, I finally get my husband to sit down and 'a fancy health food place' and they can't even be bothered to make my bowl right the 1st time neither could they be troubled to remake it right after I brought it to...
