The other day I ordered 2 pizzas ahead of time to be delivered later in the day but we never received them. Being a patient person I gave Two Brothers the benefit of doubt and thought they were running behind so I called them 45 minutes after the delivery was due, I was told that they already delivered the pizzas and come to find out the pizzas were delivered to the wrong address at the right time. Two Brothers said they would send out my original order as soon as possible. Now my pizzas were almost 1 and a half hour late and one of my neighbors are enjoying 2 free pizzas. I called back the next day and asked if they would give me some sort of credit for their mix up and for my inconvenience and I was rudely told that my order was delivered to us and that no credit was issued on that order. I even asked if they would at least credit me 1 pizza or something for my inconvenience. Their answer, again, was no credit was issued on that order. My reply to them is, I WAS a loyal customer for many years.
In response to the owner, (see below) Yes I agreed at the time of the call, that’s because you only offered to send out 2 more pizzas. And by the way, if you remember my comment at the end of our talk was ”THAT'S IT?” and I dropped the conversation at that time because all I wanted was my pizzas and not an squabble.
Maybe I'm mistaken, but I would have expected as a small local business owner you would be more thoughtful to your customers for any inconvenience and at least offer a small token of your appreciation for your customer's extended patience and...
Read moreIt’s kind of silly but it makes such a difference to us. We love their ranch! BUT they never deliver it. No matter how many times I ask for it, I’ve offered to pay extra, I’ve explained it’s just as important as the cheese on the pizza… they don’t bring it. I used to order here all the time, like once a week, because I love their veggie pizza but I stopped for about two years because I was so sick of them getting to my house without the ranch. Occasionally, if they weren’t too busy, the driver would drive back and pick it up but then you have to wait to eat your pizza till they get back. Welp, I decided to try again after two years, asked repeatedly, said please please send it, and guess what! They didn’t. 🤷🏻♀️if I could buy this ranch at the store I would. If they could just get the order right, I’d give them 5 stars. There’s just too many good places to eat around here to be messing up the order soooo many times. It’s kind of ridiculous at this point. If they don’t care to get the order right or me as a customer (I used to order there A LOT) then I just order from somewhere else. Just put the ranch in the bag.. I don’t think that’s asking for too much. 😅 I’ve worked in restaurants for years… it’s very normal to request ranch or other dip/dressing...
Read moreI’ve ordered from them a few times and have had pizza, garlic knots and their soup and they all were delicious. Last night my husband wanted pasta so he ordered spaghetti and meatballs with extra sauce and I ordered the chicken Parm and it was absolutely disgusting no taste it was more chunky sauce if anything it was more onions and tomatoes in the sauce and full of garlic but there was no garlicky flavor! The sauce was watery and chunky as ever never again will I order pasta from them and honestly as per my husband we will not be ordering from them period! I walked in to get my order, told them my name and they had no idea what I ordered first of all they had to ask me what I ordered and she rung it up and told me one price and then when I gave him my card, it was a completely different price There was no extra sauce on my husbands spaghetti and meatballs. They lost a good customer because we eat pizza...
