So disappointed in our latest experience that we won't be going back. Last year we ordered an brookie ice cream sandwich cake for my daughter birthday and it was amazing! It was so good the guests couldn't stop eating it and raved about how great it was! So when it came time for my sons birthday we couldn't wait to order another one. This cake was a huge disappointment and so bad that no one at the party could finish a piece and the whole cake was thrown out. It was a waste of $60.00 there was literally hardly any ICE CREAM as seen in photos from this year versus last year and I ordered the same exact cake just different flavor ice cream! Since It was all cookie and brownie and both were so thick that even after defrosting it and letting it sit out to where the little ice cream that was inside was melting the cookie was still too hard to eat! The quality and customer service has gone down and definitely not with high price tag they put on their ice cream! Italian Deserts, Amazing! my wife's family is of Italian decent and she says these deserts are the real deal. All I know is that they are delicious.

We had ordered delivery thru a delivery service which left our order at the door as requested. There was an item that was on the ticket that we did not receive. I contacted the driver who stated, they don't check the ticket to make sure all the items are there, just the name on the order (understandable) and the item (pizza) was not there when the order picked up. I call the store and the person who put our order together says the pizza was indeed part of the order and picked up by the driver. Called the driver back they said again not there. Called Louie G's and they said we will expedite and deliver the pizza. Within a short period of time we had a hot pizza delivered and an additional treat for our inconvenience!

Super easy to order online, they even called to verify some of my changes. When I got home there was one item missing (my fault, because I checked the bag before I left), and I called and asked if I could come the next day and get it.. instead, Michael volunteered to come and drop it off to me! I couldn’t believe it! He was so professional on the phone and in person, and was here within 10 minutes of us hanging up. He even petted my dog when she ran out, and was again very polite and apologetic. To my surprise, there was an extra treat (cannoli) in my pastry box! I highly recommend Louie G’s. I’ve also eaten inside & their service is super fast in their deli, the food is phenomenal (probably the best meatball subs I’ve ever had, and their coconut ice cream was the best I’ve ever had) and the restaurant is very clean.
