After an initially good experience, I expected the same on my next visit and couldn't have been more wrong. Originally, I brought my iPad mini in for a cracked screen which was repaired in a couple of days and all went well.
Some months later the "home" button started getting wonky and the unit would turn off on its' own, so I took it back. I was told it had to do with the screen, but since they had repaired it less than a year prior they would fix it for free! What a pleasant surprise.
Unfortunately that went south pretty quickly when I received a call the next day accusing me of having the unit fixed elsewhere and trying to scam them into fixing it for free. Although they admitted having a record of fixing the unit, they claimed there is some secret mark they put on it that was now missing which they say proves I had the unit fixed somewhere else in the interim. The flaw in their argument is that the iPad never went anywhere else for a repair (although they tried to say someone did so without my knowledge, but there is literally zero chance that could have happened).
I drove straight to their location (expecting to pick up my unfixed iPad) and spoke with a manager, who with arms crossed and a smug demeanor, said he would still fix the unit for free even though he was quite sure I was scamming them.
They were 100% incorrect in their assessment of the situation. I don't know what happened to their "secret mark", or if they really even have one, but the iPad never went anywhere else for repair. I didn't even know I was entitled to a free repair when I brought it to them.
It's extremely frustrating and humiliating to be accused of a wrongdoing you're not guilty of. There is no way I would trust this store again.
ETA: The owner is now changing his story ("it wasn't that our mark was missing, it had a completely different mark on it"). The iPad NEVER went anywhere else to be repaired. ...

My next move is to contact Better Bussiness Berue and the Consumer affair division

So Since I needed some services done I took my daughters I Phone 5s there to have her cracked screen fixed. We were charged $90 dollars for repairs which is a great deal. However they replaced the screen with the wrong size and it was coming loose. My daughter took the phone back to be repaired since that is what we payed for...The employee came out with the phone and stated in front of the manager Joe Mirror that he broke the finger print button instead of offering to repair the phone they said that it wasn't their problem they didn't even offer to refund any of the labor or any kind of "I'm sorry" or an apology. We contacted the Manager he confirmed that they broke the phone and that we would be charged and that "these" things happen. All I wanted was the phone repaired and was told that they already lost money on the repairs. How that is our problem I do not understand when they broke something that was working when they had the phone. We then asked who the owner was we were told that it was his (Joe Mirror) father and he guaranteed us that his father had his "back" and then hung up on me. I would not recommended then to ANYONE!!! service...
