Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

I love this wawa, I come so often because it’s right next to work and the people there are wonderful. HOWEVER there are some new hires that have been getting my orders wrong every time they are there to make them. I will say they probably need a little better training, and also maybe fix whatever prints out the tickets because I think sometimes they have difficulty reading them under a time limit to get them ready and keep the flow going, the ink isn’t always solid and consistent throughout when I look at it, but because I have the time to thoroughly look over my order ticket on my item I can see what I ordered. In this picture I provided, it is supposed to be a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with Green Tea, with Whipped Cream and Mango Bubbles. The new female hire that’s been here for idk how long but for the past month or so when I see her in the drinks section, my drink is always wrong. There’s absolutely no dragonfruit in this drink. There were no bubbles either until I asked her for them, to which she said the Mango Bubbles wasn’t listed on the ticket, but she’d do it anyway. When I walked away I checked my ticket, and Mango Bubbles is on the ticket, but it’s a little hard to read. So yeah, maybe up the training and fix whatever prints out the tickets, because I always feel bad when I have to ask for my drink to be fixed, because it takes up not only my time, but their time as well because they have to make more stuff after my drink is made, and it could put them behind. And I don’t want to ask them to fix it when there’s a bunch of people around because I don’t want them to look bad for it. WaWa stores have become a phenomenon. Since one just opened up down the street from me I was excited as I've been to them before and they are a nice clean store. I'm ranking this with low stars in hopes someone at WaWa will take notice. I am a coffee drinker and even though I have been to a WaWa before I have never gotten a coffee but I went 12/13 specifically for this reason. Dunkin Donuts is on the opposite corner of the road from WaWa but I wanted to give WaWa a try. The disappointing part about WaWa's coffee service is their coffee additives bar. Instead of having a nice machine that you can push a button to get cream or half and half, you have to grab a carton of the various creamers thay have available. Now I have to spend time reading the tops of the cartons to see what they have so I don't accidentally put french vanilla in my coffee instead of half and half. This poses a problem with people with OCD because to be honest, I don't want to have to handle a milk carton that a dozen other people have handled, and especially since the cartons are damp. Since there was no Half and Half cartons I had to reach into a bucket with water in it to retrieve some small creamers and then had to wipe the creamers down as I didn't want the water of a hundred fingers dripping into my coffee. WaWa, your coffee service is sub par to 7-11, Speedway or Racetrac. I specifically went to your store to try your coffee service, driving past a Dunkin Donuts and a Racetrac. I will specifically not venture out your way if I want a coffee in the future unless hopefully you make the coffee service...

I would like to first say that the manager on duty today November 2 was extremely nice and helpful. I am extremely disappointed about the actions from the girl making the food (Aaliyah). She was extremely disrespectful towards myself and her manager. I went in to pick up food that I had ordered online and she asked who are you picking up for and I gave her 2 names. She gave me one and proceeded to then get cranberry sauce for another customer who asked. I was fine with waiting but she she got back she didn’t even look at me for 5 minutes I stood there as she’s slamming stuff around. I asked the guy making the milkshakes if she had forgotten about me and he called over to her. She yelled at him saying “what do you want I don’t have time for this” I went over to the manager and spoke to her about the situation and the manager was extremely apologetic. She went over to get my food and Aaliyah proceeded to say that I never told her I was there for two orders. I could care less about that what I care about is the disrespect that she did yelling at her manager. She stood out making food yelling about the entire situation meanwhile I WAS STILL THERE. If anyone important sees this someone needs to tell her to get a different job because she is not happy and...
