First Watch — Restaurant in Sarasota

This is the 5th time i have been to this location. I keep kicking myself for coming back every single time. I am disapointed at the time it takes for staff to check on customers. 3 of the times i have been here i wasnt able to place my drink orders until 20 mintues after getting to my table. There seems to have been some staff turnover which i will chalk up my lastest visit to that.

Every time i have come to this specifc location the food continues to be subpar at best. I change what i order each time to hopefully get a different outcome but with no prevail. Cold, bland, 0 seasoning. WET.

This time i ordered an omlet. Undercooked mushrooms. Cold sausage, and tomatos. The potatos were undercooked, stiff not burnt just stiff. The eggs were fine but to be served to a customer cold just made the enitre meal worse.

Its taboo to send things back to the kitchen. But this was just bad. I shared a bite with my partner and she looked disgusted. Her meal to be fair was fine.

This is the last time i will ever come to this location. I feel sick to my stomach.

I have been to the cortez location 3 times and they knock it out of the park everytime no matter what i order. That is where i will be taking my business.

I hope this review helps someone before wasting time...

I’ve given this location 6 solid attempts. With 4 different servers. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s now worth it to me to drive 10 extra mins to Lakewood ranch main. Every single time I come in and I order right away and still end up sitting there for an hour. One time I waited 35 mins for a server to even take my drink order. This last two times I said let me order our food and drinks now because my kids are on a short time limit before they’re going to not be happy waiting for food. And even being proactive and ordering my food quickly I still waited and waited and waited. I even asked for my check when my food came and I didn’t get it till after we were all done eating and still waiting. I’m not sure if it’s the kitchen or just the logistics but I’ve spent way too many hours waiting for food to chance returning again. The food and atmosphere and location is great. Sadly I will not...

First ,If I could give this a zero stars I would. Second, This was a pretty disappointing experience as I do enjoy going to first watch, this time I put in a pick order via uber eats, it was a pretty big order, so there was two big bags. I grabbed the two bags and didn’t see the drink that was in between them, and the drink spilled everywhere, I told the First Lady that the drink accidentally spilled and she cleaned up promptly and told another worker to remake the drink. Then the cashier decided to ring me up for a order of the purple haze, which btw cost $6 and made me pay for another drink, I find that absolutely ridiculous, after this experience, I’m not gonna to a first watch again, if this is how they treat...
