Came for food on my way home from work on 9/4/2022 at 3:30 am. Ordered an Italian sub paid for it and waited for over 30 mins for it to be made. It only took so long because the employee that was working had a friend visiting her chatting her up the whole time. After not saying anything and then finally getting my sandwich I leave and get home only to find out that the Italian sub that I ordered was actually a steak sandwich with only peppers on it. Would love to say that I watched her make the sandwich but it was kinda busy and where I could watch her make the sandwich her friend was there talking to her nonstop. When my order came up she said my number and even repeated Italian sub out loud seconds after wrapping a steak sandwich. I have been to Wawa numerous times and have never had this happen to me. I never write reviews and the only reason I’m writing this one is because her friend chatting her up the whole time was clearly distracting her, on top of the fact that he was annoyingly screaming out the order numbers after she said them as if he worked there. I was shocked to not see a single manager or supervisor to stop this from happening. Read moreWhat a miserable experience every time I have to stop here. You order food on the app and go inside to get it- you end up standing there like a schmuck while they ignore you. No, they won’t bag it for you and they won’t acknowledge you’re standing there. Numerous times I’ve had to reach across the counter after 3 mins and just grab my food. Then they ask what you’re doing.
Nope- they won’t put it on the mobile shelf. Nope- they won’t give you a bag to put the order in (three sandwiches this time). Nope they won’t acknowledge your standing there patiently until you me patience runs out.
You have to go to the register to ask for a bag, and there you get to look like you’re cutting off the entire line. This last time they said I need to stand in line to get a bag for the food and drinks I already paid for.
Self service has no bags either. I feel like this a cheap Jerry Seinfeld like rant- but it’s not.

Read moreI have been a loyal customer of yours for many years, but I will no longer patronize any Wawa. For 3 or 4 months, at least, your free tire air machines have been broken, or at least no hoses have been connected to either machine. My guess is they are perfectly functioning and you are just trying to save the cost of the replacement hoses.
Today, I actually asked about it, when I finally found an employee to speak with. I was very dissatisfied with her response and the continued lack of customer service.
I hold responsible your management and corporate oversight for not providing an expected and advertised service for a ridiculously long amount of time. Perhaps you’re tired of replacing damaged hoses.
