I love this Wendy’s. The managers are friendly as are the workers. I come here a lot due to proximity to work. I’ve had missing sauces, burgers with condiments I requested I not get etc. but I come back because foods always hot and fast as well as the friendliness comes through from step 1 at the intercom. I love that. Monday I went through and it was a new girl who took my order. Short and to the point but took as maybe new. Today she was at the second window where I am used to the girl whose always bubbly and smiling and making eye contact being. Instead the girl(named Cynthia) there today never said hi, never looked at me once even while passing out my drink and food which if she had chosen to turn her head my way she’d see I could barely reach it. She never said a word start to finish. Never made eye contact let alone looked my way. I have been in fast food before. Even when new and learning you should still be all about the friendliness towards customers. For the first time at this location I was disappointed. I write this in hopes maybe it can be addressed. She seems really great and accurate but I’d rather have a missing sauce or mustard on my burger than feel ignored and pushed on. Not even a have a nice day. Literally not a head turn my way. I love this place for the friendliness and quickness. I would love to change this to a 5 star however time will tell. I’ll give it one more shot. Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE WITH MARIA. I visited this establishment to try their fish sandwich. The employee who served me, Maria, had an extremely impolite and unpleasant attitude. She seemed to lack knowledge about the menu selections. Maria also appeared visibly irritated - she was not smiling, she rolled her eyes, and she sighed loudly. This was not my first negative encounter with her. When I ordered a strawberry lemonade without ice, Maria simply placed an empty cup on the counter. I had to ask where the strawberry lemonade was. She then filled the cup with ice and lemonade, despite my no ice request. When I pointed that out, she rudely took the cup and removed the ice with an exaggerated sigh. Maria's hostile approach to customer service significantly diminished my experience. I believe her attitude reflects a lack of engagement with and enthusiasm for her work. I left the restaurant feeling deeply upset by the unnecessary adverse treatment. I do not think Maria should continue working there if she cannot conduct herself...
Read moreI've spent 3 months trying, once a week late night, to figure out what a delicious burger a friend brought over to my home, when I first tasted a Wendy's perfect blend of "everything" on it, (it had the right % of meat,"everything"&bun, I had no $clue at price, they don't have menus to go and I found the drive through confusing,so much, so little time. Each week I would wind up with a huge burger, always spent $30+ to order something for me, and something to bring home, and nothing I would order again. Maybe its me? I don't get it(the suggestions from the person trying to explain, and most of the time talking to everyone else.) That will be my last drive through there, that particular fast food. Only fast food in 10 miles.
