I pulled in tonight to get a bite to eat and try out the new Wendy’s location. As I ordered my food the cashier named Ravesha seemed to not be able to get my order correct and as it turned out I received a regular 10 piece nugget when I ordered SPICY nuggets (oh well I could live with that). As I approach the first window to pay for my order I noticed that no one had on any form of hair nets ( everyone including the manager with the “blue shirt” on ) had either very long hair or very long hair extensions. I asked Ravesha if the lady at the next window was preparing any food (due to no hair net but very long and thick hair). Ravesha answered no although the other associate was preparing drinks and handing food to the customer. As the Line was very long and slowly moving I observed from Ravesha’s window, that she pulled the associate back to where she was at to tell her what I had previously asked her. I am rating this location very low due to the unprofessionalism that Ms. Ravesha displayed. I observed Ravesha informing the other associate of the question that I asked in a GOSSIPING manner. I believe as a customer I have the right to ask any OPEN question or concern that I may have - after all I am spending my own money. If the associate had a concern while the drive thru was backed up she should have shared the CUSTOMER CONCERN with her manager who appeared to be very professional when she greeted me with my food and not approach another “busy” associate just to tell her what “A lady said in the drive thru!!?” Customers are tired of spending their hard earn money in establishments where associates are either rude or unprofessional ( or both). Do not choose positions that require you to deal with the public if you are not mature !...
Read moreThis Wendy's is a terrible excuse of a restaurant. If you even want to call it that. I've encountered 4 bad experiences with the people that run this place on separate occasions.
Screamed at my grandfather for coming in the drive through because they didn't want to do their job. Left with no food, I was in the car with my grandfather.
Online Application to work there, everyone was too stupid to figure it out. I filled out an application to work at this establishment, got an interview time, when I went to show up, they were confused about the application and didn't know why I had an interview time scheduled. Allegedly, the person who does interviews had "just left" and they asked me to write down my number and they would call be the next day. They never did.
Ordered Two large frosties, one had so much in it vs the other which was only filled 2/3 of the way , leaving a quarter gap of room in the cup.
Tried to order 2 Frosties, waited almost 10 minutes before they claimed they were out of chocolate for the Frosties.
This establishment is honestly the most poorly run place I have ever encountered. Nobody who works there seems to have passed Middle School. Nobody can be as clueless and stupid as the people who run this place are. The only people who appear to actually do their jobs are the minimum wage cooks I watched too their jobs tirelessly. Corporate needs to seriously cut some people loose and hire people who are actually going to run this...

Around 12:40am a group of friends and I decided to go to Wendy’s after having a night out before we all went our separate ways. As we were trying to order our food in the drive thru, the cashier was extremely rude and seemed like she had an attitude. She didn’t repeat back our order regardless if it shows on the screen or not. She didn’t tell us our total until we got to the window. I passed my phone to the driver and said to them and the cashier that I had my app open to earn points. Despite me practically yelling she seemed as if she couldn’t comprehend what we were saying.
Her attitude and demeanor is what runs customers away and makes people not want to spend money at this location. If it wasn’t for us being close to our destination and being extremely hungry we would’ve left and gladly taken our money elsewhere.
The food was okay meaning some stuff seemed fresh while other stuff seemed like it had been sitting. We all ordered the $5 bag meals and instead of putting each order in its own bag, it was given to us in two bags. I don’t like people touching all over my food nor do I like having to go on a scavenger hunt to figure out what goes with what order.
I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with the services that my friends and I received. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry this is completely unacceptable and needs to be handled. I’m definitely looking into contacting...
