Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

This was Labor Day, I had just gotten off of work myself and wanted some chili from Wendy’s. It was a long line and they seemed backed up, and I didn’t mind waiting. My children were being baby sat so I ordered 3, 5$ biggie bags as well for them and the babysitter. The big heavier set white manager lady took my order, and was complaining about the customer behind me who had ordered extra tomatoes basically making it seem inconvenient for her request. She then only hands me 2 drinks instead of the 3 so I asked her for my 3rd drink and she told me I never ordered 3 so she fixed it and I paid her. Was never giving a receipt and was told to pull forward and she would bring my one bag out. I noticed she had only given me my bag of chili so I walked inside and let them know I still needed THREE biggie bags. I wait 10 more minutes for them to bring out only the one bag of food. I told the man that i still needed the 2 other bags and he ignored me and walked inside. I then pointed to the heavyset manager and told the other workers she took my order and if there was confusion she would be able to tell them that I still needed the other 2 bags. She instead turned to me and told me that she doesn’t owe me anything and that she already gave me the food and that I’m just trying to get free food. Which I am not and normally I would never be this petty over 24$ worth of food but works slow everywhere and I spent hard earned money on my children to eat Wendy’s and this lady basically told me I was lying . I told her to check her cameras, check my car, I ONLY HAD THE CHILI AND ONE BIGGIE BAG. She then continued so I got loud back, words were exchanged and the police were called . I sure did wait 20 more minutes waited for the cops to review camera footage and look at the receipt the manager failed to give me . The deputy let me know she was incorrect and they would be making the food I PAID for that I never received. So after an hour on Labor Day and all the hassle my kids finally got there 5$ biggie bags. But it’s extremely unprofessional And honestly sad how she was treating me and other customers. I will not recommend this location to anyone despite the other workers...

I have come to terms that any order I place for delivery, whether it be Doordash, Uber, etc. my order will not arrive as intended. Having food sensitivity to certain items and placing an order requesting a sandwich to be plain, specifically clicking to remove all condiments and garnishments and have the bun, cheese, and meat only; and every single time, receive a deluxe and fully loaded sandwich, very disappointing. Drinks rarely ever arrive with orders, have received empty cups in a bag on a few occasions. Finally realized if I plan to be able to eat what I order without having a swollen face and hives that I can order chicken nuggets for myself and whatever for anyone else. Wendy's nuggets are not the greatest considering chicken nuggets are not very tasty from anywhere, but they are one thing I can order from Wendy's and not have to question if I will get correct because you really have to be trying to mess that up. Ordering indoors or drive-thru is just as unreliable and 90% of the time I feel like a duchebag asking for it to be corrected though I emphasize on plain and ensure to say it at least twice, and ensure it is said when the order is read back to me. It isn't every Wendy's that I have this issue, it is location specific and seems to occur at the Palm Beach...

Okay so I go here like not even 10min ago so around 1057am I drove up the lady asked me to hold on a min plz I said Okay nobody else is in the line at all or there for that matter but I still wait patiently for about 7min then I order a numb 3 on the menu is chicken nuggets meal for my baby she's 2 and a sugar cookie and a chili for me so I get up there an wait for our food I get the food it's not right I tell the lady at the window it wasn't supposed to me a chicken sandwich but a nugget meal she argues an trys to say I order the sandwich I said no I didn't why would I ask for bbq with a chicken sandwich? Normally people dnt I dnt guess but anyway I told her I'm not taken that it's for my baby she cannot eat that so she snatches the bag out of my hand an takes it I wait like 5 more mins she gives me back I go park and the nuggets are cold frys cold and chili was not even done and so f hot u cannot eat it meaning spicy hot cookie was raw In the middle also so let's just say do better Wendy's in river dale I was so nice donated to the charity and all an then gry treated like this it's b.s thanks for taken my 20 bucks I had left...
