No! No! No! We decided to have a late(ish) dinner on a Saturday night around 8 p.m. When we arrived aside from one customer dining in, we were alone. We used drive thru. I think the girl working drive thru was new (nbd, we've all been new once) because it did take a while to place our order with multiple corrections during the process. Again nbd. We're patient, and we'd prefer it be corrected as we go instead of the order being all wrong. Finally get the order right (phew, we really felt for the girl, it seemed like someone just handed her a headset and took off, she was clearly flying solo). In the 5 minutes we were ordering (2 #1's with coke and 2 kids meals cheeseburgers plain and dry w/frosty's ) a line about 8 cars deep piles up behind us AND there are now AT LEAST 10 people inside. Thus far, this is the GOOD part of our visit. We sat at the window for 4 minutes before anyone took our $$ or gave us drinks (to be expected given they're now SLAMMED) . OK. We get our drinks, and wait. We then get 2 of our meals (one kids, one adult) and wait some more. We finally get the rest of our order, now 10 minutes later (let's review the timeline, we arrive at 8, to an EMPTY store, it takes 5 minutes to order, another 5 to pay and get drinks, another 10 to get HALF of our order and another 10ish to get the remainder. We're now 35ish minutes into trying to grab a quick bite at a Fast Food place. O.K. things happen....at least the food will be fresh, right?! NO! COLD!IT WAS ALL COLD! The fries were like old fries you left sitting in the bag for an hour, greasy, flaccid and cold. The burgers were covered in SO much mayo and ketchup it made the bun soggy and the tomatoes were WARM! The only warm thing in the bag were tomatoes. I can and will wait when a place is short staffed or training new people (or even just busy) but we arrived to an empty restaurant . We pulled around to eat in the parking lot so it's not like our food got cold on the ride home, it was served COLD. There WAS a manager on duty, we saw her, talking to an employee (laughing and joking) and allowing what seemed to be the poor new girl to take all the huffs and puffs about the timeline. Additionally, NO ONE apologized for our wait. So to sum up a long story, we waited almost an hour, paid $26 for a cold, inedible meal and wound up throwing everything except the drinks in the trash. We went home and ate leftovers and Lunchables. We wasted our time and money. If you're planning to eat at this location here are my tips:
The manager, Elena was totally rude. One of her staff members at the drive-through was taking my order and I asked if I can redeem a fry for my app. The fry was loaded to my app, but she said that I had to tell them when to put a fry on there, it started off whenever she was being rude. Whenever I first pulled up and I asked the employee what came with the JBC meal my husband was confused and thought it came with the crispy chicken BLTAnd I asked if I could change the JBC Meal to a biggie bag crispy chicken BLT so she told me she had to grab her manager which I was fine with until the manager came to the window with a attitude about changing my order! I am highly dissatisfied. I have worked in customer service/restaurants for over 15 years. Her attitude was unacceptable and then she went and mumbled things in the kitchen and continue to laugh about what I donโt know . I then was told that I was good to go and to have a good day so I proceeded to the next window. The manager said that my transaction did not go all the way through and I needed to pay $1.31 and I was confused about why I kno it was enough money on my Apple Pay to pay for what was left that I didnโt pay with cash. Again, I had no problem paying again . It was totally fine, but her attitude is just not a place for a person to be a manager. I will not come back to this location again I just wish that action will be taken/or at least talk to her about her attitude.
