Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

I give one star because I have to... I want to give ZERO!! Worst Wendy's EVER!! This is now the third time we have gone to this location and all the employees are eating and drinking the food not caring about the customer's. Whoever owns this location really needs to go check in and see the ridiculous lack of customer service. I couldn't believe it! My husband had ordered all our food, luckily he checked the bag because they had forgotten 3 items (out of 7) one being a side salad which we paid for because we wanted both fries and salad and the guy just says they are out of them. Doesn't offer to refund or an alternative and walks away. My husband asks him again and he acts like we are being a pain and so my husband says ok how about a frosty instead? The guy takes his time goes and talks to another person and then gives him the frosty. There was no one else in line. These people do not want to be there and do not want to help clients. We will never go to this Wendy's again. ...

The app wasn't working so I asked the employee if she could still honor the online bogo biscuit deal & she said she couldn't help me. I told her any time an app hasn't worked I was still given the deal as a courtesy and bc it's not my fault the app didn't work. She again said no. I asked for the manager & she finally gave in & I parked & she got my order wrong but whatever... I wasn't familiar with the area and I would have gone elsewhere on the 2nd "no" but I had just dropped my friend off for an outpatient procedure & didn't want to go on an unnecessary mission for coffee & a bite to eat when I had to be readily available at any given time to pick my friend back up. The potato wedges the best part although I asked for a medium & got a small. Also I asked for a side of the $1 sausage gravy to try and I got a biscuit with it. The staff here is so rude and incompetent!!! The host screws up your order then she ROLLS her eyes at you when you ask her to please correct it at the window. Instead of saying, I’m sorry I misunderstood your order I’m told “that’s not what you said.” Really lady? Because according to the 2 witnesses in my car it is what I said. I repeated myself THREE TIMES at the window because she repeated it back wrong 2X. The negative vibe and sense of annoyance is beyond absurd. If you don’t like your job find another one, period. Someone should retrain that girl. These people want to get $15 bucks an hour when they can’t even smile at their customers or get a basic order of chicken nuggets right.
