Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

Today is may 14th 2023, I stopped through the Drive-Thru roughly 5:20pm I had to repeat my order 3 times because apparently I was not heard, when i pulled up there was someone in front of me at the window and the Wendy's employee whom which had dreads had his head out and there seemed to be some type of situation okay so when I get to the window it's our turn he makes sure our order is ours I give him the money and ask him for barbecue sauce in the bag he says nothing when we get our bags there's no barbecue sauce so I have to honk and ask again I was handed one barbecue sauce and still there was no word exchange which I thought was rude there was no communication so I leave I had gotten a number four with a strawberry Frosty as the drink and a Apple pecan salad the chicken that was on top was literally so old it looked completely dried out and if you've ever over baked chicken you know exactly what I'm talking about I don't understand why I was given something so old when I was at the window there seem to be a white taller gentleman that had a nicer shirt on that in my opinion would be some type of higher employee and if this was the manager how did this slide right by I picked off all the chicken and threw it away. And I still can't imagine why someone gave me something that looked completely old and dries out, I've never had anyone give me anything old like this before. This definitely topped all Drive-Thru mistake. I've had one other issue here but not I won't...

I ordered a family bundle meal that came with 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 JBC’s, and 4 fries. I also ordered a dave’s single combo and a 4 for $4. I ordered all of this on the app, waited 15 minutes to go pick up my food expecting it to be ready and handed to me but than we get there having to wait about 20 minutes. After that 20 minutes I get my food, I come back home and my food order is messed up. From the family bundle meal they gave us 2 regular chicken sandwiches instead of spicy sandwiches. From the dave’s single combo we didn’t even get our fry. I had also ordered a large diet coke in which they ended up giving me a regular coke which made me extremely upset because my daughter would’ve drank that coke and what if she had diabetes? I called wendy’s 7 times to tell them about the mess up on my order and they did not answer and even one of the times i called they picked up, did not say anything and ended the cal l after i said “hello”. Once they picked up another time i called the guy was disrespectful and had me on hold for 10 minutes and hung up out of nowhere with no word. Very disappointed in wendy’s. Worst...

Original review years ago was good. Now... The I'll start with the room temperature old tasting like what sewage smells like double stack, room temperature nuggets, fries were hot but half of the small carton was filled. Initial interaction with employee, great. I gave her a $2 tip upon receiving my change. She handed me a drink, as I'm putting it in my drink holder or I see her waving a straw so I apologize that I wasn't paying attention. As I did that she rolled her eyes. I told her I hope she has a good day, I got no response. Just looked away and shut window. All it takes is one word of fake kindness to get along in a civil manner.... This is my fourth visit in a row where I feel I have been targeted by my race. Political climate has made white people and especially white men, hated by the 20 and 30 somethings of The population. They literally barely tolerate us and probably wish ill on us. Let's put aside the population, okay, I'll be fair, the Wendy's in Merritt Island Florida makes me feel that I'm hated because I'm white. That's all I need to say for...
