I went to Wendy’s after getting off my overnight shift. This would be my first time eating breakfast at Wendy’s although I am very familiar with their lunch menu. I got to the drive through at 6:29am when a sign out front in bold states open at 6:30. Seeing that I’m excited becuz I see no customers in the drive through so I’d be the first to get my food, HOW EXCITING! Got up to the menu and it had not been changed yet which I was like oh ok maybe they will be out in a min I’m really on time so I try to give grace. I pull up the menu on my phone so I have my order ready when the speaker asks me for my order. I see a brown skin older gentleman maybe 50s come outside to take out trash then come turn the signs switching to breakfast. This RUDE old guy comes up and says I can’t park there at the order speaker and look at the menu on my phone and prep to order. I’m perfectly fine with waiting for him to open for he continued to blame young kids not showing up for work??? So look I’m a human and a customer guys I get it! I understand ppl don’t show up I understand kids have zero work ethic these days I got it. When your sign says open IN BOLD open at 630 my guy that’s a you problem. At 630 I can be in that line says corporate Wendy’s. If your afraid of cars stacking behind me because they think ur open because they think I’m ordering that again is a u problem Sir your sign on the road says 630. That being said after rudely being told they wouldn’t be open for another 15-20 mins which would put that’s Wendy’s open hours of operation closer to 7am than 630. I didn’t get to order my food NOR experience their breakfast which good riddance. After this I’m done with Wendy’s soooooo seriously done eating there food on principle. The quality during the days is terrible I mean the hospital Wendy’s charged me full price for son of baconator burgers instead of the 3.00 promo saying there are exempt from that promo. Read moreThe manager Tony was incredibly rude and impolite. We noticed the tone he had with the car in front of us because he was yelling over the microphone. Then, Tony was rude from the start of taking our order, yelling at us to wait even though we were only speaking to one another. When we gave a coupon code, he insisted that we tell him “what are you actually ordering?” At the window, he was horribly dismissive trying to get the coupon on the order. I asked for the manager and when he told me it was him, I told him he needed an attitude adjustment. So, of course, he followed us to the next window, standing in front of the employ trying to hand us our food, and demanded to know what needed to be changed. When I answered, he pointed to the line of cars and said the line was the most important thing so he had to rush us. However, that didn’t stop him from stepping away from taking aforementioned line’s orders to shout back at us. Finally, he insisted that we leave before handing us our drinks and at the last second we got them.

Read moreI went to this restaraunt about an hour ago. I pulled up the drive thru speaker and this voice comes on the speaker and says order when ready. So I order 2 biggie deals One was supposed to be a Jr bacon cheeseburger and the other was supposed to be a bacons double stack. Drove around. Lady opened the window I jaded her a $50 she said you don’t have anything smaller I told her no. Then she said you don’t have a card. Well I don’t want to use my card. She said let me see if this machine will let me take your $50. Then she yells to the other lady. She only has a $50. Lady comes to the window and throws my food at me. Other lady gives me my change and then closes the window. These ladies working in this place were rude and very unprofessional. So we go to eat our food and all we got were cheeseburgers. Not even the right order. I will be calling and talking to the manager. I also didn’t get my receipt.so I paid 11.32 for 2 cheeseburgers because these ladies failed to do their job and make sure the order was correct. Oh and also the...
