I went there as a door dasher with two separate orders with different drop off locations. I arrived and went inside and there was a line already and everyone was complaining how long they had been waiting , I was at the back of line. Some people asked for refunds , others just complained. It was my turn and I asked for my deliveries by customer name and they told me, they didn't have those orders, maybe I should try drive thru, drive thru had a line worse than the one inside, and beside my instructions where to go inside when I arrived. I didn't know what to do, I walked out to my car and thought about it, I didn't give up , I went back in and was at the end of line again and everyone was complaining also, Finally I get to the counter after already being there 45 min and they still haven't started the order but this time they had the orders.. I waited another 25 mins to get orders and then the dinner rush was over by the time I made the two deliveries. I would not recommend it to anyone who liked their food and service fast. It was such chaos and the manager had an attitude at the people in line that were complaining. He was not very professional or nice and he was wearing plain clothes, not a uniform. Read moreI don’t eat fast food much, but I was desperate one morning tried their breakfast “seasoned potato fries.” Asked kindly to make it fresh (since I hate old cold food) only to first receive attitude and then of course be given an older stale batch. Now after another, try this time I received slightly overcooked/dry food (Likely the same fries but reheated). Then they angrily refused to rightfully remake my order and forced me without option to take my money back. With my money in hand I roll to the second window confused expecting I would receive a batch that was according to the timer and not their need of getting people out of the line. Instead they irritably insist “that was the best we can do it” then fiercely proceed into gaslighting me into thinking the food was good. With all the negativity in this situation and their demeanor I just drove off. Their attitude on the situation was disgusting and was not how a professional business should perform. I already dislike fast food but this situation was a reminder not to go there and especially Wendy’s like this one on Memorial. Happened just now at around 7:30 A.M. March 20th, 2023.

Read moreI visit the location on W. Memorial Blvd DAILY!!! I have a son with Autism & he eats a double stack biggie bag & a large chilli every day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year no matter what. We spend AT LEAST almost $80 a week there & some days 3 or 4 times as much depending on if my other kids want Wendy's as well or not. Tonight's experience (Feb 14, 2025) was beyond terrible. They forgot my chilli in the drive thru forcing me to have to walk inside where I was ignored by the cashier for roughly 5 whole minutes despite the fact that the chilli pot was right behind her. After I got the manager's attention he made my chilli, threw it at me & told me not to come back!!! I spend waaayy too much money at Wendy's restaurants to not be better valued as a customer & my unappreciation for the service tonight is indescribable. It's not unusual at all for them to 'forget to put an item or two in the bag but I'm always extremely patient with that ridiculous issue of theirs.
