Aaaanother bad experience at Wendy's. Yeah I know, if they provide such a bad experience every time you go there then why do you go there? Well, I'm checking to see if they've improved at all in the last six months since I've been there and also, I enjoy the breakfast baconator. So I take advantage of the app discount and get the sandwich for a discount at three dollars. I pull up to the drive through menu board and wait. Try to get a hold of someone by asking if there's anyone there and no response. I pull up to the window and the manager proceeds to tell me that the trigger for the drive through doesn't work with a transit 250. Uhhhh, I'm not stupid and know that's ridiculous. Then she proceeds to tell me that they don't open till 8am. I show her the online order and miraculously they are able to make the sandwich "but it will take ten minutes". Being treated like you are the problem is insane when they are clearly lying for whatever reason. I'll give it another six months at this location and see if they can afford to hire better management or if they go out of business because of other insane minimum wage requirements that make it impossible to provide good service, a good product, and at an affordable price point. Read moreI have gone to this Wendy’s before with no problems. The food was always hot and the drinks were nice and refreshing. This time though, my burger was dryer than normal and the fries were drowning in salt. The Coca-Cola option for the machine was all out except for the normal kind. All those slightly put me off yet wasn’t what angered me the most. One of the employees on duty (I think it was the manager) had some extreme attitude towards me when I kindly said they forgot the drink for my meal. She looked at me annoyed and gave me my drink. She then walked away after I asked for my sauce as well and she only turned around after one of the other kind employees said I needed something else. She came back and said they are out of that sauce with an annoyed (again) voice. The restaurant is clean and modern yet sometimes has a slight puddle of water on the ground and it is very cold inside as if it is a freezer. Read moreI can’t say enough good things about this Wendy’s location, especially the incredible team and their outstanding manager, Michelle. The restaurant is always clean and well-organized. The tables and counters are spotless, and the entire space feels well-maintained. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience.
The food is always fresh and delicious, but what truly sets this location apart is Michelle. She is, without a doubt, the best fast-food manager I’ve ever seen in action. She genuinely cares about her customers, her team, and the restaurant itself. Every time I visit, I feel like she goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that guests are well taken care of.
