The 2 workers at the window were too busy chatting with each other & I felt like I was intruding on their conversation when I was asking questions. Had to wait in between them talking. Never had the chicken sandwich & it was beyond horrible. I opened the sandwich because the wrapper had a bad odor. Looked mushy so again, waiting for the employees but finally interrupted their chatting & asked how long it was sitting there. He said no more than a half hour. I left & ate it in th car since all I had eaten was a yogurt in the morning. The packaging & sandwich had a horrible odor. I thought maybe it was me & I was just worried I'd get sick from it but I thought they'd never serve something bad. So I ate it as I drove home. My mouth has a terrible taste & I can still smell it. Not to mention, would have never guessed it was chicken. It was all mushy even with the crispy coating. Sure didn't look like the pic. I always order the apple pecan chicken salad which is wonderful. Time before last opened my salad & apples, greens etc were all brown. Never did that happen. I mentioned it the next time & was told, new employees & they are instructed not to sell old salad. Wondering if these are new employees. I called twice wanting to ask if maybe the food was kept in a holding area wrapped in plastic to get the weird odor & make it mushy but nobody answered & both times the call hung up. Read moreWent there through the drive-thru this morning to get food for all my guys at the office. It was a surprise breakfast nonetheless, everyone loved it. However I have to say that everyone absolutely raved over Wendy's breakfast, not only that but the service was Top Notch. John was the one who took my order he was very pleasant very fast and my order was perfect nothing was missing everything was cook the order fresh.! I just want to give a huge thanks you to John because there is a big line that formed behind me while I was figuring out that new app and waiting for my food. But for whoever else was there they did a fantastic job on getting all of my order 100% correct and again John was really really Pleasant, he had a fantastic attitude even though they were busy as heck. What I find is so funny is I think it's always happens to people before I went into the drive-thru I sat in a parking space to get the app correct and during that time I was there for about 5-10 minutes answer to call her too and no one had came to the drive-thru as soon as I came to the drive-thru I see one car then two cars and three cars and four cars and then it started wrapping around and then when I left it literally had wrapped around the building. Read moreTo start, we understand this specific store is understaffed, but it is really baffling that every time we order food from here there has to be an error. Even though this Wendy’s is freshly opened, we had hoped it would get better as time progressed, but it’s clear that’s not happening. The very first time we came to the restaurant, in its early stages, they had messed up our order and made us wait for more than 20 minutes. The employee gave us a free drink to repay for this, but our experiences have only gotten worse, instead without any further compensation or explanations. The employees are rude more than half of the time, making our encounters unenjoyable and this recent visit topped the cake. We ordered our food on the app and came to pick it up, so we went in the restaurant and waited for 15 mins only to be told that they didn’t receive the order. Upon closer inspection, they said the order was there and then told us to wait for ANOTHER 10 minutes. We returned to our car and then walked to the entrance after ten minutes and found out the doors were all locked at 2 pm for some unknown reason.
