Westshore Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Ok I am going to write a 100% honest review here. We have had issues three times with their delivery driver not showing up at our door and saying he did. The first time we thought it was our fault, but when it happened again and again it was a little sketchy. They offered a credit, although at that point, the pizza should have been free. Anyways...

FIRST OFF: This pizza is expensive. It is not your normal Papa Johns and there are not coupons you can find for it. So if you are looking to buy pizza on a budget, look elsewhere.

All that being said, this pizza is literally the best pizza, aside from New York pizza in NYC, that I have ever had. It is not too greasy and just overall great pizza. I have had both their regular and their gluten free pizza. The crust on the GF is VERY thin, but it is very thin anywhere you go. It is slightly bigger than if you were to get it at Domino's or Papa Johns and let me tell you, it is 1,000 times better. I would recommend their pizza, both GF and non GF. I had a party a while back and we ordered 3, 18" pizzas. Everyone there loved it too. As far as service goes, I guess they made it right so no use in crying over spilled milk. I would highly suggest the attitudes change...

What a disappointment. I’ve ordered out of this location for years, my family and I love the Philly Cheesesteak, but tonight this location lost our business. I’m not sure how an online order gets so incomplete and not only that, we feel like the portions were skimped out on even with an increase in pricing across the board. I don’t mind the price increase, but don’t skimp out on the quality or portion size of the food. Imagine ordering a steak and cheese with 2 kinds of cheese and getting dry meat with a little cheese. We ordered a side of onion rings, usually at least 10, there were only 4. Unfortunately we’ll be looking for our new restaurant to order Philly’s from. Service wise… I’ve only seen kids run the front. Seems to me all they care about is getting a tip for well… not much at all. I’ve tipped online before and at pick up still get asked to sign a receipt and leave another tip....

Something is very strange at that location. I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Now you might be asking why do you keep going back. I agree. This will be the last time. Everytime I order pizza and wings it never comes out the way it should. I series don't get it. The wings when asking for well well done are alsways raw and wet. The pizza has been given to me with big grease spots in the box. The pizza is dry. I know I have recieved pizza they had in the heater or one someone didnt pick up No doubt. I know some say picky. I'm not I promise. I find it laughable now. It's like ypu have to go in and tell them at least three times please make my order this way. I keep saying it's not hard to cook the wings but they can't comprehend. The pizza really needs to be better and made better. When handling it and in the box. It's like it's...
