UPDATE FOLLOWING THE LAST UPDATE: The head manager of this location reached out to me and assured me that he would be speaking with the staff regarding the last incident. I was also brought back and the experience superseded any experience I had prior. The food was great and without mistakes and our server was incredibly kind and attentive. I am grateful they reached out to make things right.
UPDATED REVIEW: I visited again on 1/7/22 and it was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Our waitress was INCREDIBLE. She was so kind and attentive. However when we got our food, she placed my plate in front of me with a very large piece of hair sticking out of the seasoned rice (it wasn't her fault). I told her immediately and she apologized and took it back to get fixed. As I was waiting for my food, someone in our party started to eat her food and she also found a long black hair tangled around her fries (pictured below - zoom in). Once our waitress came back (in less than 5 minutes) with my "new" food, they took back my friends plate. We both realized that they never actually remade our food or even bothered to re-plate it, they just dumped the sides out and kept everything else the same. I was so grossed out, I couldn't even eat my food. The manager was aware of the situation and no one tried to make it right. So I paid for a meal that I couldn't even eat and for that, I will never come back to this restaurant again. For it to be brand new with this many issues is scary. All I can think about is if my food has hair in it...what does the rest of the kitchen look like?
This is a decent location and the staff members are friendly but every time I dine in, we have to send our silverware and plates back because they are dirty. We have been coming since they opened and it happens EVERY time. The waitresses always get us new "clean" plates but it really makes me question how clean other things in this...

Dining out is often about the food, but when someone like Bryce is guiding your experience, the meal becomes unforgettable for entirely different reasons. His level of professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth is not just rare — it’s extraordinary.
From the moment we were seated, Bryce made us feel like we were VIPs at the finest restaurant on Earth. Every detail was accounted for before we could even ask: drinks topped off without prompting, dietary preferences remembered, and courses timed with an almost psychic precision. He didn’t just serve food — he orchestrated an experience.
Bryce has the rare ability to read a table like a seasoned sommelier reads a vintage bottle. He knows when to engage, when to step back, and when to deliver the perfect comment that makes you laugh and feel right at home. His energy is calm but confident, humble yet commanding. You get the sense he takes genuine pride in his work — and it shows in everything he does.
I’ve dined at Michelin-starred restaurants across the globe, from Tokyo to Paris to New York — and I would put Bryce Love toe-to-toe with any server at any of those establishments. In fact, if the best restaurant in the world were to build its dream team of servers, Bryce would not only make the roster — he’d be the team captain.
It’s not just that he’s flawless in execution; it’s that he actually makes you feel something. Seen. Heard. Cared for. And in today’s fast-paced, transactional dining world, that is beyond rare — it’s priceless.
Whoever manages Bryce, please hear this: you have lightning in a bottle. He is an asset to your team, your brand, and every customer lucky enough to be in his section. If he hasn’t already gotten a raise, give him two. If there’s a leadership track, put him on it. Because talent like his doesn’t just elevate a table — it elevates an entire restaurant.
Bravo, Bryce. You are the...

We’ve eaten at Texas Roadhouse more times than I care to admit, but after our most recent visit, I think we’ve finally hit our limit. It’s clear this location has gone downhill over the past few months — and fast. We have spend a lot on Gift Cards and visits over the years.
We arrived at 5 PM, expecting the usual buzz and warm welcome. Surprisingly, there was no wait. Unfortunately, there were also no rolls. Let me repeat: no rolls. At dinner time. How does that even happen?
Then came the main issue. One of us ordered her steak well-done. Not a tough ask, right? It came out rare. Okay, mistakes happen. But when they took it back and returned another rare steak — this time missing the extras it was supposed to come with — things started to go sideways.
Enter the manager, “G.” He acknowledged the repeated mistake and offered to send it back a third time. By now, the rest of us were completely finished eating. When he finally brought the steak out (boxed up), he said, “This one is on us.” I mean… yeah. That seems like the least that could be done on your third try.
But here’s the kicker: he hands us a $30 coupon and says, “The next one is on me.” I asked him point blank — would you return to a restaurant that showed so little care, empathy, or basic hospitality? His answer felt tone-deaf and dismissive.
What made it sting even more? We were there to celebrate a birthday. The birthday girl was clearly wearing a headband and it was obvious… but no one even acknowledged it. Not a word. No smile. No effort. Oh yeah they did bring out the saddle after I mentioned it to the waitress.
Texas Roadhouse used to be a place we genuinely looked forward to. Lately? Not even close. Poor service, missed basics, and a manager completely disconnected from what guests expect. Sadly, I can’t recommend it anymore — and for this visit, I...
