Wings are decent. No service to speak of. Bartender rest on her laurels. I rarely write reviews or complain. After having served nearly nine years in the restaurant and bar industry myself, mostly front of the house, corporate trainer, and management, I am confident I have a good grip on how things are suppose to run. The last two time I visited this particular location, I sat at the bar and had the same bartender (Jessica) who seemed completely uninterested in me as a patron. I had a simple order. Unsweet tea, 10 hot wing. I had to ask for sweetener both times (the first the establishment had almost none, not her fault) , however, she could have informed me before getting the tea. Both times, absolutely no check back (Two minute check back). No interest in asking or offering a refill. Sat with an empty glass most of the duration. This applies to both visits. The latter visit was completely ridiculous. 6-7 girls were working the front door, and there were two bartenders. The place was mildly busy at best. After receiving my order, again, NO Check back, No "how is everything?" "Do you need anything else?" "Would you like some more tea?" , I sat in front of an empty glass, watched every patron around the bar get another beer, watched the bartender(s) play on the phone, listened to them gossip and joke with the manager about the liquor they do or do not have. FINALLY , while it was convenient for Jessica, when she was cashing someone out (I sat by the register/terminal) , she asked if I wanted another tea. They had both observed it being empty, or nearly empty, more then once. I made eye contact and turned away quickly before I could ask for anything. I didn't feel the need to call out for there attention while they were playing on the phone. I was going to play a to go order (and tip on top of it). I generally leave a 30% tip, with a $5 minimum. Not this visit. Not to mention, I was drinking unsweet tea. She brought me sweet tea on the refill. I never had to chance to tell her it was wrong, I just wanted my check and to get the hell out of there. My brother has moved down here recently, and has had numerous service related issues with his visits as well. I probably won't return, and definitely won't stay or sit at the bar (which I prefer, sometimes I might want a beer) if she is working. The competition seems to value service much more then this location and/or establishment.
Unenthusiastic /unfriendly service (except the front door, they are always very nice). No Check back ….ever..... not just an isolated incident. Sat in front of an empty beverage while eating hot wings (hello) for at least 10 minutes. Unobservant Did not provided correct beverage . No chance to redeem. Completely unengaged / disinterested at end of experience. More involved with cell phone and sidekick. Management seems to be completely unengaged with patrons as well. Was right next to me twice. Never said a word. Has having to much fun with the bartender. Lost revenue for establishment, had intention of placing to go order. Wasn't even offered a chance, really. Have placed many large to go orders for my staff. Will find another venue. 9.Most likely will not return / Will NOT recommend.
Management. I believe it would behoove you to address the actual "service" side . This is most likely a training and Quality...
Read moreThe place to come when you want decent alcoholic beverages including bottled, tap, shots and mixed drinks, plus $2.00 drinks on Tuesday nights. They have friendly service, freshly cooked food with an updated menu for more bar food styled options, and multiple televisions for the various sports games and events including UFC, Boxing, Hockey, College Football, the NFL, the NBA and Major League Baseball on any given night. They are open until midnight Monday through Thursday and 1 am on Friday & Saturdays nights, Sundays until 11pm- a nice little getaway from your home if you want to get out of the house and socialize, or get away from the family for a bit, or you can even bring the family with you. On Wednesdays they offer bottomless boneless wings for only $14.99. For the best service, my personal recommendation would be to come Monday - Fridays at 5pm - 12am when Amanda is working, she will make sure you receive the best and most efficient service being their most friendly, likable and experienced mixologist; just make sure to treat her with respect. They are also open until 1 am on Fridays & Saturday nights (or when the final televised fights are over). Other than that, I find it a relaxed environment that usually makes me feel welcomed when ALL of the management can maintain professionalism within the workplace. TO CORPORATE: The only thing I’m not a fan of is the Corporate Office has been making the Winghouse girls change at 9pm EST every single night into lingerie, believing it will increase their sales and bring in a higher customer base to see young women in early to late 20’s dressed even sexier than usual from their standard uniforms. This has been ineffective since it was implemented back in October of 2023, and needs to be abolished since there is literally no difference in foot traffic, makes the employees visibly uncomfortable, and only serves to signal the green-light to the creeps that it is okay to make the Winghouse Girls intentionally uncomfortable. They are your brand - “Wings and Things”…take better care of your...
Read moreit was Super Bowl Sunday 2020. We ordered a 20 piece chicken wings online paid with credit card, with confirmation stating payment accepted. Pick up time was 5:40. Got there five minutes till pick up time. There was a huge line for online order pick up. Went up to the table where all the order pick ups were available( and so I thought). Man said I had to go in line to get a receipt or confirmation that payment was accepted Although my the phone clearly states that my payment was excepted. Five minutes later, while waiting in line, another woman comes in shows her phone to the same man, and she got her order and walked out. Another man was behind me but his pick up time was 6 PM he went up to the same man, showed his confirmation payment accepted on his phone, but again the man said to go wait in line and go to the cashier and that he needed a confirmation payment from the cashier. BS! I think our orders were not ready at all for pick up. As soon as I get to the cashier ( loonnnggggg time later). Some Girl comes behind the cashier and says my name and order is ready. I Finally left Wing House at 6:10 when my pick up time was 5:40. When I got home, we basically had to put the wings together. The sauces was not on the wings!!! And one of the sauce lid was not completely closed so it spilled all over the counter and kitchen floor. (I have pictures but for some reason I can’t post them.)Plus it did not taste the same because the sauce portion they gave us was not enough. They just didn’t have it together or Anticipated the amount of order during Super Bowl Sunday. But we will still come back because when we do a sit down and order 20 wings...
