Very poor experience here. Went to Moon Mountain on recommendation from someone else, after the vapor store that I used to go to moved out of town. Staff seemed very impatient when ordering vapor juice and asking for recommendations based off of what I liked. Sorry this was my first time here and I did not know your juice lineup off the top of my head.
Before entering the store I was happy to see masks required posted on the door, well so much for that, no one was wearing a mask. I understand at the bar, but not even the employees who were working in the non bar area were wearing masks. This is the type of appearance that gives vapors a bad name as people who think that the rules do not apply to them.

Personally I like vanilla or mint flavored juice. At first the person "helping" me directed me to a vanilla custard, not really a custard fan, so I asked if you had anything minty. He said there was only one, it was a kiwi flavored juice, well I like kiwi. And after getting home, well there is no mint flavor. My only complaint is their No Return/Refund or Exchange policy on liquids. I purchased their Brand of liquid, and sampled (nicotine-free) it first, but with the nicotine, it was much harsher than any other brand (with nicotine) that I've tried.
I have family (out of state) that own vape shops, and I know that it's not a big loss for vape shops to return or exchange liquids. I simply asked to exchange it for something else, so the shop wouldn't have lost a sale and been stuck with an open product. To fix my problem, I had to spend more money on buying more of the flavor, but with a lower nicotine content, in order to make it more tolerable and slightly pleasant. This is the reason for the Three Star rating. You better know what you like and want when you go there, if you vape with nicotine, because (understandably) there's no sampling that.

Recently, I had a geek bar start autofiring in the ride home so when I came to buy a new one I told the person who helped us about it and said I was just going to make sure it wasnāt auto firing because A) I donāt want it to blow up in my mouth or pocket because itās just continuously firing and B) itās 30.00 dollars - of course I donāt want something I buy to last a week to die out in 3 days when Iām not hitting it.
Anyway, I hit the new vape and it was autofiring. I asked if it could be replaced and I was told āif it hits as is then noā. Which is a bit aggravating considering we had just paid, again, 30.00 and had not left the register yet.
