I love this wingstop!!! The employees are the best they're very helpful and adamant about making sure your order and everything is always on point. I live closer to another location but they always undercook the chicken and having two little girls at home, i honestly don't need them getting sick because of someones poor work ethic. Thats why I drive the extra 5-10 minutes. this location has young ladies mostly and let me tell you that they're doing an outstanding job of operating the place smoothly. Im writing this during primetime sunday football on TV and still had my order ready in 20 minutes. No issues . The black young lady with the long dreads that is usually working the kitchen has gone out of her way to make sure the right amount of seasoning was on the strips for my kids and made sure i was happy with them which i didnt ask to check which is nice of her to care and made me feel like a valued customer. That is priceless in my book. And couldnt thank her enough so im writing this in hopes they see it. They deserve the recognition. Thank you guys!!! Will be seeing you again sooner than later. Anytime after with the new manager black female 30ish with the piglet ponytail. She's very rude, unprofessional and unkept(dirtylooking). She's always loud and disrespectful. Screaming at people to stand outside in the hot sun to wait on their order. I understand at one time Covid-19 protocol was to have the least amount of people as you can in store. But she needs to be educated that all of dade county Covid-19 protocol has been drop. If she was professional about asking people to wait outside they would even do it. She screaming about wait outside but including her self no one wears a mask or even gloves. I have seen her walk right into the work place and start working and not wash her hands.    Read moreAs I was waiting I saw one of the âchefsâ drop the fry tongs on the disgusting, wet, flour filled floor and pick it up and continue to mix the fries and seasoning together with it. Maybe I wouldnât have complained but there was a nasty refrigerator leaking right next to it and the floor was wet. I asked for my money back and they gave me a hard time pleading that they will lose money. I said Iâm not eating that nasty floor food just to help you guys. Then the staff was telling me to speak low and stop talking about it so other customers wouldnât find out.
