Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Florida

I have been coming this Zaxby's for several years and never had an issue. Today I ordered my food through the mobile app. I ordered it about 10 minutes before I got to the restuarant and expected it to be ready when I arrived. I drove through the drive through to tell them about my mobile order and they told me to pull around to the front and wait and someone would bring the order out to me. So I did and waited 10 minutes and no one came outside. So I drove back to through the drive through and finally got my food after 20 minutes of waiting. Then the girl name Elise handed me my drinks. They were full of ice and I asked for no ice. I asked for them to be remade because by the time I get home the ice would be half melted. She took the drinks back and said she remade them. Then Elise handed me the drinks and laughed in my face rudely. I drove all the way home and then realized the drinks had ice in them and that Elise never remade the drinks. I dumped the ice into my sink and the drinks weren't even half full with coke. So I had to drive back to Zaxbys to get the drinks that I paid for. It's a shame that customer service doesn't exist anymore. I'm honestly seriously worried about gen z and future generations. They won't get far in life treating people like this. I will go to the Chickfila next...

Dear Owner,

I visited this restaurant with my family tonight. I ordered 3 meals. I also ordered extra nibblers and cookies. When I ask for for zaxby's sauce I was told I could only have 2 per order.

Please explain how and $29 order can only have two Zaxby's Sauce. There were 2 gentleman working at the drive-through. The gentleman wearing the button-down Zaxby's shirt was rude when I explain to him I had been there many visits previously. During those inside visits and we received more than 2 zaxby's sauce per order. I asked why the drive-thru was different. He wanted to argue with me and said that has not ever happened. He walked away and the other nice gentleman served our food to us.

My check number is 9782 The name on the drive-through ticket is number 189 Joshua M. It is to be assumed he was the gentleman the headset and was nice.

You would think with Chik-fil-a right across the street that your service standards will be much higher than they are.

Thank you for making our dinner choices much easier from now on. We will no longer frequent your restaurant.

To recap: basically for the sum total of less than $1.00 in sauce, you lost a family of five's repeat business. If you average $50.00 per check at a minimum of once per month, you could have bought a few cases...

I first tried Zaxby's years ago on a trip to Georgia. We enjoyed this inexpensive chain so much that we ended up eating at different locations a few times during the trip. We don't have any by us in South Florida although I have seen one in Lake Worth. I was trying to find a quick meal for dinner before dropping my daughter off at the airport and I was pleasantly surprised to find this Zaxby's located less than a mile from her new apartment. The restaurant is very clean and decorated in a cute way with light up signs. I guess it's a fairly new location and there was a sign posted on the door that it would be closed one evening this month for a commercial film shoot. I went with my favorite house salad with fried chicken and honey mustard dressing. My daughter had a chicken tenders combo meal with barbecue sauce, fries, and coleslaw. Both meals included their Texas toast which is buttery carbohydrate heaven. My salad was so huge that I couldn't even finish the last bites. They have a Coke freestyle machine but we both went with sweet tea. Dessert options include cookies and brownies. Dinner for the two of us was $20.
