Stopped in 12/20 Monday 6pm . Ordered shakes and cookies. After waiting 10 min for just a cookie, (I thought they served them out of the display case), I politely asked the manager (African American female, early 30s) "excuse me, I didn't get my cookie đ" to which the manager responded, rudely "BECAUSE I DIDN'T GIVE IT TO YOU YET!!"... wow..I almost walked out right there. Never any reason to snap at a guest like that....so I just waited for my cookie....for another 10 min....20 min total...while they filled several drive thru orders ahead of it...2 stars is for food only....service poor...manager needs to learn how to talk to the public...or needs sensitivity training to deal with her underlying "racial issues" towards white guests..I am a Caucasian male)...not sure if I'll be back...operations look cluttered....observed several cars "pulled forward " in the drive thru...which means they were either behind (they weren't busy in my opinion...I work in the same business) or they were trying to "cheat " their drive thru timer....to make their service times look better...becavuse they probably have to report those times to their district manager and corporate UPDATE: Well I filled out your little "form" a week ago still haven't heard anything...the manager on duty has issues and shouldn't be working...
   Read moreMy husband went to the one on Hanley and graham and asked for 2 buffalo chicken sliders after he had already placed his order and was waiting for his food. I told him that they might tell u to pull up so they can help others but it shouldnât be a problem. The overweight lady at the window told him that they didnât have any chicken, and he came home and told me that and I immediately called up to the restaurant because somebody had to be lying. The manager asked the lady and she said she told my husband it would be a 5 min wait and I put the call on speaker so my husband could hear it. My husband yelled out â she is lying because if she told me that why wouldnât I had waitedâ. I know my husband, he definitely wouldâve waited. So now Iâm up here to speak to someone on this manner because this is ridiculous and petty and Iâm tired of having these restaurants in the community that do everything but serve the customers with respect.    Read moreOver the years I have stopped coming to this Arby's location that's literally around the corner from my house because the food was always cold no matter what time of day I went fries, sandwiches, etc. would be cold. Tonight I was really craving Arby's and I only had 20 minutes before they closed and had no other choice but to go to this location. I was the final customer of the night so naturally I already expected a not so pleasant meal but to my surprise! It was the best meal I have had from this location in about 7 years, seriously and I am not exaggerating I use to come every Sunday after the church when those little minnie sandwiches first came out but have not really been to that location since. My fries were hot and fresh not burnt, my sandwich couldn't have been made better if I had made it myself and it was warm and they didn't skimp on my cheese sauce on my sandwich!𤯠I knew I was hungry long before the last minute but couldn't make up my mind but they made my night and were courteous and polite.
