Big Boy Burgers — Restaurant in Florissant

If u blink u will miss it...don't blink!! This lil hole in the wall next to schnucks packs a big punch! It was packed when we went meaning there were already 5 other people inside waiting. They have 3 tables to Dine in and the menu is on TV's at the back wall so we had to squeeze past everyone waiting. The menu is sizeable with chicken, fish, beef burgers and/or sandwiches. It come with just enough fries, u do not need to upgrade...don't do it! We ordered two doubles and a melt all on regular buns and our total was about $37. It's worth it, trust me! It was about a 20 min wait so I ran an errand cause it was crowded yet the conversation was flowing between the customers and the cooks. Our burgers were nothing short of heaven. Flavorful, juicy and smashed! The fries were crispy, seasoned and just enough to not put you in a coma. I would tell you to go here but I don't want to cause this place is MINE!! Find your own best burger in...

I've read lots of impressive reviews about this restaurant here on the Google Maps page. However, I have tried 5 (FIVE), yes....FIVE! TIMES!!! to eat here and each time I call and/or arrive to the restaurant, they are closed.

Each time I have gone there or called them was well within their stated hours of operation. They are supposed to be open Mon to Friday 5pm-10pm (CLOSED SAT & SUN). I have called them and gone there on several different days within these hours and they either don't answer the phone or there is no one in the restaurant and the lights are turned off when I drive by there.

I don't understand how their hours can be published on the internet but NOT adhere to those hours whatsoever. I'm skeptical that all these reviews are even real.

Can the owners reach out to me and let me know when I can come try the menu???? Why are you closed so often during your stated business...

This here is good eating! I asked Google to find a nearby burger place. Big Boy Burgers was the closest. I figured I'd give it a try. I could kiss Google on the mouth. The food here is so good. The service is friendly. The prices are comparable to the prices you pay at the chain restaurants that sell garbage. I don't know what they put on those fries, but I was sorry I didn't order a bigger size. Hot and delicious! The burger (I got a Frisco-type burger) was large, hot, and absolutely delicious. I was looking for something different, and hoping for something better. Big Boy Burgers delivered on both! The caramel cake was very good. It was not a slice. It was a small loaf.
