Subway — Restaurant in Florissant

Soooo this is supposed to be The Beast sandwich , which calls for almost half a pound of meat . I’m still trying to find the half that’s missing . We ordered 2 for pickup , brought it back home to find this. I called the store and the employee said we had to bring the sandwiches back to the store and he would remake them. Never have I ever had a fast food restaurant ask for the food back . … I’m not going to loud my baby back in the car and drive all the way back to get a sandwich remade. And my mom already had eaten half of hers (which I told him) . Not to mention my toddlers pepperoni roll up was so hard you can’t even bite into it . Absolutely ridiculous. I’m not coming back to this location. The first time I placed an online order period it took them like 10 minutes to receive it. Got my order and it was fine. Placed an online order again 20 Minutes went by still hadn’t received it, even though I had been charged for it. I showed them I have been charged and asked if I could still get the sandwiches and I could show them what I ordered. They said they couldn’t do anything. They couldn’t give me a refund. My sandwich was horrible! Not only was my bread stale but the person who made my sandwich did so in such a rude manner she basically slammed the veggies on it and talked to her coworkers the entire time while making my sandwich she didn't focus on doing her job at all! I had to come home and rearrange the sloppy mess that she put together! She then went on to speak with another coworker in their native language! The cashier kept coughing and used the palm of her hands to cover her mouth I didn't want to hand her my card that's how bad it was! Needless to say I WON'T be patronizing this...
