Food is decent quality when it is hot. However, curbside pick up is an absolute joke. I placed an order on the Chili's app around 1:15pm today (Sunday, 6/26/22). I was out running errands so I made Chili's my final stop. My order was scheduled to be ready by 1:34-1:39pm. I arrived and checked in at the curbside pick up area at 1:31pm. I waited 10 minutes and noticed that the cars who pulled up after me had already received their food and were leaving. I figured maybe the kitchen was running slower so I tried to be patient. Another 15 minutes went by- the lady running the curbside orders has walked past me about 5 times at this rate - no status updates or checking who I was and why I was just sitting there for ~25, almost 30 minutes after check-in! I thought maybe my check-in did not go through so I tried checking in again through the app....the app confirmed that I was already checked in and my food would be out shortly. I finally had reached the point that there seemed to be the likelihood that my order has been sitting and waiting to be ran out. I shut my car off and went inside through the curbside/pickup door. Lo' and behold, there was the same lady that I had seen several times sitting on her phone at the podium. I stood there while she slowly looked up, clearly seeming like she did not want to be there, as she rolled her eyes and stared at me. She finally asked for "the name"- I told her, and she walked to the shelves with the orders ready to be picked up/delivered....AND MY BAG WAS SITTING LITERALLY 2 FEET FROM HER. I was honestly so frustrated that my food was just there and she didn't even seem bothered to try walking it out to the car (as curbside traditionally goes). I turned and walked back to my car. I went home and confirmed that the food we ordered was cool, but the packaging had clear signs that the food had been hot at one point in time. I'm extremely disappointed in this experience, and even more disappointed that I spent nearly $30 for a cold, soggy sandwich and fries. If you plan to dine here, I recommend eating in...however, if you're brave enough to take the risk and use curbside - I would just say don't even wait in your car, just go in. Maybe you'll get your food quicker and in much better quality than mine. Absolutely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf it was possible I would give this restaurant location a negative 6 stars I ordered online for curbside and showed up to pick my order up and ended up sitting there for an hour. I called twice and spoke to the to- go staff and each time they lied and said they're bringing it out now. I then finally decided to go in and when I went in I spoke to a girl working to-go and I gave her my name and she went right to the to go rack and handed me my food. I finally received my order only because I went in even though they were suppose to bring it out to my car. The food was cold which proves that it has been sitting for some time. I then asked to speak to a manager on duty named Damon ( 5-12-24). when I spoke to the manager and told him the situation he then told me "oh she probably just forgot" and asked me if I would like to wait for them to fix a fresh meal in a nonchalant tone as if he's just brushing this under the rug. He made clear he didn't care. The manager told me he cant change the past.
They had no respect for their costumers time. they showed no concern. The costumer service is poor. the fact that I chose to come to the chili's located on 13901 new halls ferry road Florissant MO, 63033 out of all the restaurant I could have gone to, just to wait longer then what I have already been waiting benefits me none. I lost time and all the manager offered was to keep me waiting longer after already waiting there due to their mistake of " forgetting about me" even though I called multiple times. No discount or anything for the time I wasted there?
I chose to get a refund because I could wait there any longer then what I have been just to still pay full price for my cold food to be microwaved. the refund take 2 to 3...

Shawn/Shaun/Sean the general manager comes to my table to ask me why I didnāt like them. I explained and he pushed more, so I tried to explain better. He continued to interrogate me about what was old. Then he says āWell fine, Iāll take it off this once because we make our food freshā. Okay, sir. I didnāt ask you to remove it. And Iām sure you saw one bite was taken. Not even two, only one bite. You came to me and asked, then interrogated me about it⦠as if Iād requested for you to comp my whole meal when I never even asked for you or for you to remove an item off my bill.
Our waitress was nice. Everyone else was. Took him to come over and speak down to me to ruin my experience. I didnāt have an appetite anymore. Never finished the food I did pay for. Even my kids looked at me when he left, wondering why he came at us the way that he did. They were ready to go after that and embarrassed by how he was speaking to us.
Shaun/Sean/Shawn needs management training. He needs a coarse on how to speaks to customers. No way our experience shouldāve been that bad because of our 1 minute encounter with him.
I will be reporting this to corporate. Canāt let it go. It was just uncalled for and extremely rude and...
