I love Sonic. The ice is the best. But we won't be back for a while. We ordered $36 worth of food. Only to get home and my husband's chili dog bread was molded. Whoever prepared the food, had to see that the bread was molded. It had several mold spots. I was already upset of the fact that I was inconvenienced and had to go back out. When I got there it was several cars parked in the drive up stations. I sat there for about 10 min after pushing the button. It stated that someone would be to my stall shortly. No one ever came. So I saw another car pull up, they must've responded to her and I saw her leave. So I backs out of my spot, only to see that those cars were empty. No sign or anything posted that they weren't serving at the cars. So then I had to get in drive thru which was a long line and took forever to get to the speaker. When I did get to speaker and told them my situation, he asked me to pull around. The young man came out, pants half way down, he was holding his pants up by the belt, underwear showing. I showed him the bread and he went on to say, sometimes the flour on the bread looks like that. I said no this isn't flour this blue green stuff is mold. He takes it in and shows the manager after closely examining it. 3 min later a young lady comes out with a receipt saying the manager just refunded the whole order. They are not even trying to invest in resources or personnel for this location. Because they are turning a profit. The girl with the red hair and pink jacket needs a raise. She is single handedly providing excellent service. Rushing back and forth outside to handle issues with frustrated customers. Even dealing with non English speaking customers. There is not enough staff during peak times which is on corporate, and the speaker is faulty as well, which is on corporate. Wait times are close to an hour here. Personnel are frustrated due to dealing with frustrated customers, which creates a negative atmosphere.corporate or upper management needs to improve and invest in this location or customer retention is going to decrease. We ordered 10 items yesterday and we were missing 2, all of the remaining 8 were very poorly made or the wrong items. There was no whipped cream or cherry on the shake and it was overfilled so that the plastic lid popped off of the foam cup and spilled Oreo Shake in my car. We ordered 4 regular Fritos burritos, got 3 junior Fritos Burritos (one missing entirely); 2 were supposed to have onions, only 1 with onions since the other was clearly the missing one. The tots had black spots all over them from being cooked in old oil that needed to be cleaned! Fries looked the same, both were gross and inedible. My pretzel stick was so burned it was dark caramel brown and had a crunch. The Buffalo chicken popcorn chicken was just popcorn chicken thrown into a bowl that had a little Buffalo sauce over on the side. Really?!
