Ordered a Pizza for delivery at 10:09pm on 03/30/2023, store closes at 12. I called at 11:20 because the tracker said it was still being prepared. The guy that answered the phone asked for my order number then told me to hold on. Someone else picked up the phone and told me they only have one driver and they have a bunch of orders. It would be another 45 mins (closing time) before my order was started. He then asked me if I wanted a refund. I told him no, then TRIED to tell him I would just pick it up. Every time I tried to talk he continued to interrupt me asking if I wanted a refund because they were really busy. Again I tried to tell him I would watch the tracker and pick it up. Again and again I was interrupted. I finally got my answer out and he hung up. I tried to call back to cancel the order and they didn't pick up the phone so I could get a refund. When they finally answered again at 11:48pm, they said "Thank you for calling Domino's we are closed." I told them I have an order in. He said "We are canceling all orders." I said OK then I can expect a refund, he said "mmhmm"
This place isn't that old and I understand that people don't want to work there. So I wouldn't order a pizza...
Read moreLiterally watched the guy sit at the window playing on his phone before hopping up, walking over to the pizza stand, and making my veggie pizza. He didn’t wash his hands nor did he put on gloves. I had a pizza with diced tomatoes and black olives on it among other things. After he made the pizza he washed his hands (of course the texture of all the toppings and cheese was not pleasant) and he went on to wait for the pizza to come out of the oven. I politely requested a refund. In which the young blond at the window argued with me and said she literally saw him put him gloves. Lol I told her to run the camera back. She went to get him and he refused me a refund. Come to find out he’s the manager and stated he doesn’t have to wear gloves. It’s not a requirement so he said. Coming from someone that had h pylori I won’t take the risk. I will never order from these people again. And no other dominoes pizza that don’t have to wear gloves.. that’s insane with so many germs and bacteria the least you should do is wash your hands before making the pizza and wear gloves.. smh just observe them...
Read moreCan’t speak for the food , as I never received my order, but this location has major transparency issues.
I placed an order online, only to a phone call 35 minutes later a store employee calling stating that they would be unable to make my order.
I understand that stores are understaffed, etc, but to wait 35 minutes after I placed the order to reach out and offer no alternative solutions is unacceptable. While I had the order placed for delivery, they could have been more transparent and asked if I wanted to pick up the order instead of having it delivered. I would assume it was a lack of delivery drivers for the evening. Which was the issue. Plus waiting 35 minutes after I placed the order.
Also telling someone that their order is at the bottom of the list is probably the last thing that an employee should say, as they should treat all orders equally.
This location has really gone downhill since they opened. Their transparency is atrocious. This review doesn’t also include the order I had a while back in which they dropped my sandwich we ordered and didn’t rectify that order...
