This has to be the WORST drive thru in the entire St. Louis metro area. Do not...I repeat...DO NOT enter that line unless you have a full 45 minutes to dedicate to waiting for your food. Understand that you may STILL drive away empty handed, even after all of that dedication.
I came here a couple of months ago and spent over an hour in the drive thru line to get my food. Not once did anyone even apologize but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was shift change or they were short handed.
Went again today around noon. There were only two cars ahead of me so I thought my experience would be much different. It wasn't. Over thirty minutes in and we hadn't moved. I even got desperate enough that I tried to call the store. No answer. Thankfully, the folks behind me started to back up to escape so I did too. Shot straight across the road to another fast food chain and had lunch in my hand in under 3 minutes. Amazing!
I'm not sure what the issue is, but y'all should seriously consider either closing your drive thru or removing the trees from the side so there is the ability to bail out when the wait becomes ridiculous. Read moreToday, I had a taste for LJS. I planned to go after work and considered ordering g through Door Dash to pick up. Got busy and forgot. Decided to go anyway. through the drive through. I placed the same exact order and at the store it was $28 ($10 more). The young man at the window was very polite but didn’t know why it was more. I apologized and informed him that there wasn’t anyway I was going to pay $10 more when through the app was cheaper.
I ordered through the app and was given pick up time of 5:22pm. Trying to be helpful, and didn’t want them to make two orders. I told the manager what happened and I was met with rudeness. I don’t know if they were mad I pointed out the price gauge but somehow my order through DoorDash never reached them (per them). The status on the app said it was being prepared.
