Marshalls — Local services in Florissant

I love Marshalls, but I'm really shocked that the evening shift manager was rude enough to stand back behind the cashier and ask me at the counter what I was looking for when I was searching through the journals and planners. When I told him it was to journal my pregnancy he said something like "Oh I guess that's a good enough reason". 🤡 I also heard him and the cashier talking about my husband and I as we were walking up to the counter, which is really unprofessional for a manager, even if we all know we talk about customers when they're gone. No one's ever seen the stationary area organized, and we left it no worse off than when we got there so I think evening shift...

This location has the worst plus size section I've ever seen. It would be best if they elect not to carry plus size, due to the poor selection. Flowers and plan shapeless articles of clothing on a two sided rack is all they have. I've been here several times to see the same type of grandmotherly styles. News flash young people are PLUS SIZE and want similar or same styles offered to the "skinny" consumers. Your losing money by not offering a better selection, terminate your buyer they aren't doing their job. I'll NEVER waste time coming there again,...

Your store looks like it's going out of business, so sad.. this was my last time shopping here. The selection was poor and picked over. The styles were not trendy. So disappointed, shopped at Marshalls for over 30 years. Hate to see it go out like this. I know Covid has stopped dressing rooms and layaway which is hurting your stores also. . Your staff was impersonal, they had an aire about them that showed they are not happy. I want my old store back!! I picked up a few things but got out of line and put them back. My money can be better...
