Got off work at 11pm and went to this location to pick up dinner, speaker was not working and an employee kept leaning out of the window yelling at people telling them to pull up and order at the second window. I sit in the drive thru for 1 and a half hours, the service was so slow, but you can’t exit the drive thru when someone is behind you so I waited, they shut the lights off at 12 so I’m sitting in the dark and finally make it to the window to be told by the manager Kay that they are closed!! I let her know that I had been waiting for a hour and a half just for her to call me a liar! I have never been treated like that at any fast food restaurant before much less a Raising Canes! A manager should show at least a small amount of customer service, what a terrible example she’s setting for the employees that she “manages”! I will never recommend or return to this...

This was my first visit but it will not be my last. The food was hot and delicious. The sauce was well balanced and complimented the tenders well. The french fries were hot and crispy. So the three stars are for the food. Unfortunately I had to only give three because of the customer service staff. As a whole they were the most unprofessional and immature staff. Playing around and being loud with one another in front of guest. Running in and out of the restroom and not washing hands. None of them wore gloves and I am so thankful they did not touch or prepare my food. Management if any were completely clueless or just that busy to the point it was faster letting them show no class. I will drive to every other location to eat this tasty combo.
