The quality of the hoagies has been declining for months now. I ordered the same hoagie I always ordered, and the meat tasted a little rancid, or rather not fresh.

The smell of the hoagie when the meat is fresh is appealing, but the hoagie i ordered today was unappealing. The first time ever that I didn't finish a hoagie. I gave it away to a coworker. I'm probably going to stop ordering from what used to be Major's.

The employees are nice enough, though. It just seems they're opting for cheaper...

Awesome hoagies....rolls are always chewey fresh and meat is sliced fresh, none of that pre-sliced garbage here. Imported ham(sliced thin)/copper sharp hoagie ? Ask for that somewhere else and get a blank stare from the kid behind the counter. Not here. Place is usually busy and they close at 7pm so best to call ahead, but the guys making the hoagies are quick and accurate so by no means do not shy away from walking in and placing an order.
