Folcroft Original — Restaurant in Folcroft

Order #73949: I ordered Fettucini Alfredo with chicken and broccoli and added an extra side salad, which I was charged for and paid for. I asked the dressing on the side and again two salads. The food was dry, the chicken was under cooked, and instead of giving me the TWO salads I ordered with the dressing ON THE SIDE, I was given a bucket of lettuce which was clumped and brown with dressing everywhere....and mixed in were three small tomato slices and four cucumber slices. When I called to have my order corrected I was met with attitude and heavy breathing then hold on. Then I was told I cant have dressing on the side since the driver already left. So they made my whole order messy and acted as if I inconvenienced them by NOT being satisfied. And to add insult to injury I had already tipped the delivery man and when he finally returned he was in the middle of my street yelling messages from the restaurant staff about how they gave me two salads but just dumped them in one container and how if I looked I would have seen them. This is a place I have ordered from for years. The food is okay. Some orders would be better than others. There are times I may not have been the most pleased, but still ordered from them. Overall it has good service. They even did well with rectifying any mistakes with the orders in the past. I am not certain if the manager has changed. My son made a mistake and wanted to change his initial order. He called back to cancel because he thought he lost his money. The order was already completed. I can imagine they were upset or annoyed. The manager told the young lady who takes the orders to not accept any orders from my address. I called to place the order for I did not want them to think it was a prank. The young lady shared what happened and what the manager told her to do. Even after explaining what happened, it didn't change. Despite this was the first time that such a thing has occured. After all these years of patronizing this place, it's unfortunate. Oh well, we shall order...

This was the worst I don't know if it's because I'm a person of color. I was treated with no respect hung up on. Giving a wrong order then they refused to come and exchange it. 35dollars for tuna that I didn't get .my order I made at 7:55pm and it's 10:11 and I still don't have it and now I don't trust them to make me any thing Jessica if answering phone's is your career choice please learn how to do it properly. Your hanging up on paying customers won't get you a pay check, And for the manager your staff needs training on customer service cause they lack the skills of dealing with the public that comes in all colors and sizes.
