During our first shoot, something unexpected came up, and Chris took the time to work through the issue with me to make sure that we could still rent the equipment in time for our shoot. In these days of "talk to the hand" customer service, when it's hard to get past bots to even ask a question, it's such a breath of fresh air to deal with a local business with real, knowledgeable people running it, who pride themselves on forming a personal relationship with you. They went above and beyond for us a couple times and extended themselves for us and our needs. Fair price, too. I can't recommend them...
