Italian Style Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Folcroft

Okay guys your killing me I really love the pizza here and I've been ordering since I've moved around here a year ago.. I was ordering on grub hub and my orders where coming to me wrong and a one time the manager sent me new wings and another I got the wrong cheese steak and we just ate it anyways not to mention grub hub has the delivery fee plus I'm tipping the delivery guy so its costing extra money every time we were ordering so I stopped ordering on grub hub and started placing orders over the phone and at first my orders were good now the last 2 times I've ordered my order was incorrect again.. a couple weeks ago on a Saturday morning I wanted a breakfast pizza with bacon the delivery took over an hour to get to us which rarely happens we open the box and it's a pizza topped with broccoli and bacon...... no breakfast pizza :( but by that time we were so hungry we picked the broccoli off and ate a slice.. now tonight I ordered and I wanted pepperoni and got plain. I dont know if the phone person cant hear but maybe you need to repeat the order to the customer this can be very frustrating when your expecting one thing and get another regardless of how good the pizza is... hope you guys fix this would hate to have to drive to south philly every time i want a...

The pizza is fine and I dare to say maybe better than most in the area. Unfortunately the rest of the food on the menu is inconsistent day to day. If I order on a Friday, I get delicious, heavy handed, great food worth the money. If I order on a Sunday, the food is really lacking and by the looks, the terrible quality, and stingy portions, As a cook, I would have to say the staff is lazily coasting thru the day. I get that it's not fine dining but for the prices these days they could be a little more consistent and show some care in what they serve instead of half assing it.

5/2/25 Tried ordering from here again after a long hiatus and I was right to stay away. Come on guys, I can get a small mushroom cheese steak from Leo's and it's a dollar cheaper and I get double the size than of your "Large" but it actually tastes good. I've made steak umms on sliced bread that were far better than that trash you just gave me. How could you be alright with even letting that out the door? I am embarrassed for you and I am disappointed that you let this place fall so far off for the past 2 years. I get the inflation problem but you shouldn't take it out on the customer like that. Called at 6:50 to be delivered to our hotel at 8:00 or a little before. Pizza and Ziti finally arrived a little shy of 9:00. Understand it's Saturday night but that wasn't the problem according to the lady working. About 8:15, we were told it's coming out and they're on their way. It's a 10 min drive. I hate not tipping but I couldn't tip for this. Plus side everyone we dealt with was super nice. Pizza was really good as well and really fair priced. Ziti was good but not enough flavor for my personal liking. I like more of a richer sauce flavor but everyone else enjoyed it. I hope this was a fluke with our order delivery and it's not normally like this bc the people were nice and the food is good.
