The hall was very nice but the owner was very disorganized and rude. The building was extremely cold and the heater that’s was used was a hazard because the fumes that was coming off was not healthy at all for my 2 month old grandkids and myself. She doesn’t know how to communicate effectively with people and not only that the lies that were told is ridiculous. Before we left the venue we asked if everything was good we were told yes but yet we r being told that the deposit will not be returned because the place was not cleaned. Who pays for a venue for 6 hours but gives the owner an hour out of the 6 to set up? That’s ludicrous!!! Who keeps an event and the person u pay for the hall is telling ur bartender not to open anymore of your liquor because the bar is close….. when does a family function have a cut off when it’s your own liquor that u provided. Stood there and watch the DJ set up and then tells him that he has to move because that’s for the photo area. Where’s the communication. I live in Delaware and i got home before 130 and u claimed that we left your establishment at 1. Like your story changes constantly. Clearly you’re not able to take positive criticism. That’s the only way you will improve from the feedback of others. But clearly that’s not u. Ur only in the business of taking people deposits not giving a contract double booking and making up things as u go along. I guess all this is due to your memory loss from COVID. Natasha, at this this is all just immature behavior. You told my sisters I told you to keep the deposit when this was a surprise party.. how could I possibly know about the finances. This could have been a simple fix if you were a honest person. And as a business professional lieing on your review is just distasteful. Not only did we clean all the tables and put the chairs back in place but we swept the floor as well. Luckily we have videos to show we had a mature crowd so there was really nothing much for us to clean up. You really need to self assess and try to work on areas where you fall short and not lie on the people who are trying to do business with you. This is just sad and it's very uncalled for. Why would you lie and say you gave us a backdrop at no cost when you charged $800 for decorating and said it was a $2000 job. You are truly a dishonest person.the experience was just ridiculous with the stolen alcohol and all the games you tried to play. Kess really thought you were a very good business person until the time came for the production and the grand disappointments. As a guest at this establishment I would definitely not recommend this place. Upon arrival for a 6pm event the owner was still decorating, the establishment was cold and smelled like kerosene oil. Despite guess saying they were cold she did not turn the heat on until about an hour later. This establishment is very unorganized, she has no contract detailing expectations. The owner was rude and very unprofessional. She had the audacity to think she could keep the deposit as a tip!!! Our decor was Red, White & Pink (where did the Gold fit in)? Who are you to tell us that our balloons we brought does not match your decor! I didn’t know you were paying for it.
