Tried to order through drive through. The girl was not listening, kept having me repeat myself (probably 5 times), had no idea what one of the items was I was trying to order that I ended up just not getting that item, get to the window and have them read back the order before I paid…… no words. Read moreA few months ago I ordered food at the Jack In The Box on 3rd Avenue in San Mateo. Once I got home I became aware that they left out one of the burgers and a milk that I ordered. On the receipt is info on how to contact Customer Service and take a survey. I decided to use their survey to mention my experience that day. Within a few hours of submitting the survey I received a call from the regional manager who apologized for the error and he informed me that they will conduct retraining of the employee(s) involved. He also sent me two coupons for complimentary meal combos of my choice. I understand that people make mistakes and the regional manager handled my issue very promptly, professionally and more than satisfactorily.
