Subway — Restaurant in Folsom

Ordered online and the worker named Pam there wanted to comment about how a simple request like having a tuna put on after the bread was toasted was too much for them online. They have done it many times before. And then wants to mention about other sandwiches having too much veggies, saying to order a salad next time! Would definitely contact management or owners because nowhere in their fine print says such things especially for what subway stands for this worker name Pam is obviously incompetent just doing her job and following...

We went in person and got sandwiches just now and the worker did not clean the knife she cut the sandwiches with. It was very obvious the blade had not been cleaned even before our sandwiches as there were signs of other sauces/avocado on it and it got placed into the vegetables by the sauces.
