Lake Natoma Paddle Rentals — Local services in Folsom

I love this place but the other day I rented single kayak my chair was not right so I tried to tighten it but the buckle was broke it was tied around the handle, so I was on the lake 3 hours like that & when I woke up then next day I could barely walk. I emailed them to let them know I got no response. I had a event to go to Hot August Nights Reno. I had to stay in my room the whole time I was in so much pain. Smh I emailed again asking for a refund since I was about to go to the er still nothing. Hopefully nobody else deals with this it’s been a week I’m still in pain?!?! I’ve rented from them like 7 times...

We had a great experience renting here! Prices were reasonable, staff was friendly, parking was easy, and the rental process was smooth and fast. Lake Natoma is a fun place to paddle and explore!
