Kiki's Chicken Place — Restaurant in Folsom

My kid & I just finished grocery shopping at Safeway and we were hungry. We decided to try Kiki’s Chicken Place because it is in the same complex. The restaurant has some table inside and it was pretty full when we were there. I ordered the food at the cashier & in about 10 mins they called me to pick up the food at the counter.

Chicken tenders Tuesday ($1.50): I ordered 5 pieces for me & my kid. The pieces were quite big and they were crispy yet the meat was tender. However, they were flavorless. I had to buy their bbq dipping sauce ($0.50) to eat with the tenders.

Garlic fries: delicious! It was the only thing that we enjoyed and finished. In fact, my kid couldn’t stop eating them. The fries were crispy. They put lots of garlic and it was delish! I wish they put more cheese on it.

I would go back just for the garlic fries! And maybe I’ll try their chicken win

I had been hearing about Kiki's Chicken Place for quite a while and had been wanting to try it. Over this past weekend circumstances worked out for that to happen, until then I hadn't even noticed there was one in Folsom. The girl at the front counter greated us when we came in and was friendly and inviting. We explained it was our first time trying KIki's and she was helpful in providing some information on the menu and menu items. She was also patient as we decided on our selections. The atmosphere was nice and typical of a strip mall type smaller restaurant. When our food arrived it was definitely just cooked and very hot. The chicken was good and our dipping sauce choice of jalapeño ranch spiced it up. The tots were very good, as were the fries. Over all we had a good meal...

Great food and great service. I moved to Folsom near Prairie City Crossing last week. Awesome selection of restaurants near home. I was craving chicken, Kiki's came up on Google Maps and I didn't even realize they were so close to home. I believe I have tried everything on the menu except for the kid's meal. I have loved everything I have eaten so far. The chicken tenders and garlic fries are my favorite. I have been going to Kiki's after work every night for the past week. Tonight I had the boneless wings and potato salad with jalapeno ranch dipping sauce. Great as usual. Jalapeno ranch is my favorite sauce.
