Panda Express — Restaurant in Folsom

I am not getting food here anymore. I used to be an employee here and it has changed so much since. Today for instance I made a large online order but it wouldn’t let me change the time to later. I called over 20 times as well as my family memeber to try and change the pickup time but nobody would answer. I decided to go in and tell them and when i got there, my order was sitting on the counter. The woman who approached me looks like she has done meth the last few years and her attitude belongs at mcdonald’s. Panda was a nice place until people like her started working. I have never been treated so poorly by a fast food worker and I was appalled. She yelled in my face and said to take the food or they will refund it and all i asked was that they remake it at a later time. She said they would let it sit under the hot lights until i was ready to get it but i told her no. She then called the assistant manager while making faces at her peers acting like i was crazy when she needs to look in the mirror. I tried not ti cause a scene and then after her phone call with the manager, she said so…thai food is all trash then? So i said yes i guess so, but that is your fault. If they had answered their phone they wouldn’t have wasted so much food. I am contacting the manager tomorrow because this is unacceptable. I had to reorder to another location because i have a feeling she was going to do weird things ti my food. I have had previous problems with her flirting and harassing my underage friend in the past but this really did it for me. The manager needs to...

Panda Express is one of my son's favorite quick spots, and we realize that they can be busy with a long line but tonight was particularly disappointing. We came in and were the only ones in line. There were 2 people waiting on food (several items were out and they were cooking fresh), and 2 people were waiting for door dash orders. We stood at the counter for 8 minutes before we even acknowledged, and that was just to day they'd be with us soon. Finally, 15 min after arriving we finally had our orders taken, only to have to wait another 20 minutes for teriyaki chicken to be made. We ordered a bowl with broccoli beef and when we got home, not only was it cold, but there was a ton of chicken, but only 4 pieces of beef, and they were very small pieces. This isn't the typical service or quality at this location, and we sure hope that we don't encounter this again the next time we go there. I made a mobile order and apparently that was a huge mistake. I checked in with the cashier letting them know I was there. I ended up waiting 25 minutes after the pickup time to get my food, after watching several people get their food, both people who walked in ordering there or had placed mobile orders. I waited patiently while a few others who came after complained, and then when I got my food, there was no "sorry for the wait" or any apology.

I get home, and my plate only had one entree!!! The bare minimum that is required is to complete the order, and not only could they not do that, I had to wait 25 minutes after the pickup time to have missing food on a just a plate and a la carte side. Absolutely atrocious.
