The coffee and service is what you can expect from Starbucks. Everything is good there. Not excellent... but, coffee snobs know what I m talking about. I go to Starbucks for a few reasons, convenience, use of the mobile app and a good loyalty program, the setting and comfort of the store. This store has a great location, but, I feel the comfort of the store misses the mark. The store is always very warm. I think that is because of all the windows.. but, some air flow would be nice. The seating is NOT comfortable at all. With the amount of space they have so much more can be done to make this a great location to study, hold informal meetings, work, or just sit and hang out with friends. This store is horrible at that. Access to outlets is poor unless you sit in one of the uncomfortable stale booth seats in the middle of the store. Plus, many of those outlets are so stripped your wall charger will fall out! What is coming more popular are standing working stations. This location does NOT have any standing tables or bars. Even though I not frequent this Starbucks when I commute, the drive thru is a benefit of this location. **I wish to reiterate this review is mainly on the store.. NOT the employees, barista, location, coffee, or service.... from my experience all that...
Read moreI went and got food and drinks, and was "helped" by a woman named Kohl, who was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive of any questions I asked about the new drinks. While I was asking the questions that I got a severely negative attitude from Kohl about, seemingly just for asking a question, another woman there, Elizabeth, was giving me dirty looks while berating a different barista there. I felt terrible for that poor other woman who was on the receiving end of Elizabeth's fury. Her tone of voice was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful, palpable with anger, just like Kohl who was taking my order. I can't believe the "service" I received at this store, it's unlike any I've ever experienced at another Starbucks. I will not be returning to this store, as it left me with a bad taste in my mouth just being in the presence of such rude and disrespectful people, let alone how bad I felt for the other woman, that poor girl--it looked like she had been crying, and I can only assume it was from how horribly she was being treated by Kohl and Elizabeth, and that was in front of customers! I can only imagine what she had to deal with privately. It was just the three of them there! I plan on contacting the district manager and corporate to report this...
Read moreI have a fascinating story. Yesterday(Friday) near noon, I did a mobile order, and when I got there, there was a long line in the drive-thru, so I decided to do a walk-in to pick up my order. My dogs were in my car as usual (I love to take them everywhere, which includes Starbucks’ stops at this location), and when I got there, one of the baristas said: “Pick up order? For Jessica?” I was like, yes! Do you want a puppaccino for your dogs?. I was like, sure! It is admirable that she paid attention, especially to my dogs, when I came to Starbucks. They are my kids, and I love the idea she treated them as regular customers like me. Unfortunately, I could not get her name since I was in a rush. Thank you so much!! Small things like this can make someone’s day better :) More people like this should be hired. Great...
