Tonno's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Folsom

We have been here many times, but I've never ordered food. After hearing and seeing all the positive reviews I was looking forward to it. Was extremely disappointed. It's a bar, so I guess I shouldn't have had high expectations. Macaroni and cheese was a box of Velveeta shells. The pizza flatbread was covered in minced garlic from a jar - and it was NOT their garlic pizza on the menu. I strongly suggest not ordering either of these. Only ate a few bites from both. One of the bartenders, who in the past was very nice, seemed extremely annoyed I didn't finish the food or ask for it to be boxed up. It was wasteful, but too horrible to want later. Service was slow and I constantly had to keep asking for my water glass to be filled. Was not impressed this visit. If we go back, which I am sure we will, I will be eating before! And might have to take bottles of water with me! If I was drinking alcohol maybe I would have had...

TAKE OUT AND PHONE SERVICE is horrible. Today on 12/28 @6pm I tried to order my usual meal French dip sandwich with fries and the NorCal burger. After calling them multiples times with no answer for over 15 mins they finally answered the phone. After speaking with Adam I was told he could not take my food order (take out order) that if I wanted food I needed to come in to the location and sit down at a table. I get it’s Saturday night but for you tell a customer you can’t place an order is bullshit. I live nearby and go here 1-2 times a week spending $40-$50 on food items. I DO NOT DRINK and given it’s a Saturday night why would I want to sit and be around a bunch or loud and obnoxious drunk people. Their food is great but this is a huge letdown to loyal customers. I would have loved to have been given the option of waiting an hour even 2 hours to come pickup my food like any other...

Came here with friends a few weeks ago and had a good time. Good beer selection and service and food were decent. Called in last night around 8:30pm. Sat myself at the end of the bar and was pointedly ignored for at least 5 minutes. There were literally 3 people behind the bar looking at their phones. Some seats in the center of the bar opened up and I moved there. The 2 girls still behind the bar turned their backs on me. Finally someone called Amanda came out from the kitchen and served me. I paid cash as the vibe just felt unwelcoming and I didn't think I would get any better service. Finished my beer and would have had another but was ignored again so left and won't be coming back.
