I recently visited the Dominos at 84 n main st in fond du lac wi, and received horrible service from someone alleging to be the “G M”. I was told multiple times while in the store there would be a thirty minute wait. I expressed each time I understood and it was fine. After being told again there would be a 30 minute wait, I again said I understand. Haley, the alleged GM, then said “ok I just want to make sure you understand because people will come in and say they were not told the wait time, so I want to make sure” she’d literally left her area making pizza and attempted to share a brief story beginning, “people come in and say…but again I repeated the wait was fine. She said, “ok” and walked away with an evident negative demeanor. The tone and attitude of Haley was so disgusting, I became attentive to her tone and demeanor and decided I would just cancel my order. I told the cashier, “it’s ok you can cancel my order because her attitude is disgusting and is going to cause y’all many problems.” Haley then replied, with dough in her hands, “I’m the GM”…. I then replied, I have been here many times and have never seen you before. I’ve seen him, her, and this young lady with this pan in her hand before and their attitudes are much better than yours, please cancel my order.” Haley then replied “yes please cancel her order, you just made a complaint yeah I got it leave and don’t come back.” Customers shook their heads and before I walked out I asked, “you’re the GM?” Haley responded yeah I’m the GM gone and call I know who you are”. Even more disturbing, I’ve never seen that woman before ever. It was just disgusting the way she spoke to me and acted. Instead of pulling out my phone, and recording her behavior which I now regret, I simply decided to file a complaint with the company and will pursue that path. Read moreWhen I order online I have an almost flawless experience. A couple times they have forgotten an item from the order. Once it was our soda, and two other times they forgot the salad. We called them the last time and asked to get a credit for our missing food and they agreed, however, we were told we would have to call. I hate calling in to order because they never get things right. Well when we did call in, about two weeks later, to get our credit the person on the other side didn't know how to apply it and transferred us to someone else. The next person did the same. Then the last man we spoke with (a manager) told us we could not get our credit that we had to take a free salad, which we didn't want today. My husband said okay to the salad and then was informed that our whole order had been deleted because someone didn't know what they were doing. Frustrated he handed the phone to me to reorder our order. I said hello and the man hung up on me. I'm not sure what was going on in the store, but I was highly disappointed. I decided to let go of the idea of a credit and my husband is going to try getting in touch with a day manager tomorrow. Read moreI will never order food from here again. I ordered two medium sausage and mushroom pizza's Wednesday, I paid the delivery person and tipped. There was NO SAUCE ON EITHER PIZZA!!!!! I went down the next day and brought the remaining pizza and boxes, I asked for the manager and was greeted by the assistant manager. I told the assistant manager that there was no sauce on either pizza, he said there isn't supposed to be much sauce on a pizza. I said there isn't any F###ing sauce on them, and walked out. Feeling Bad I went back later and asked for the assistant manager, and I apologized for swearing at him. Then I said if there was sauce on the pizza there would have been sauce stains on the bottom of the box from the pizza being cut, there would have been sauce on the side of the crust from being cut, and if there was sauce on the pizza, you would be able to pull the cheese away from the crust, cause the sauce creates a barrier. All I received was " I'm sorry Sir." Perplexed I walked out, I wasn't looking for an free food or coupons, a refund of my money less the tip for the driver would have been appropriate, BUT NO!!!!!
