Chinatown Kitchen — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

I went to the restaurant and placed and order for carry out. She told me it would 15 min. One lady ordered before (she had a large order-based on what I seen her carry out). 2 other people ordered after me, they both got their orders before mine. Then the lady left with the larger order. Then the lady with the large order came back in to order “something she forgot”. And the restaurant lady asked if she got other food she didn’t order. She said I don’t know, lady said can you bring it in. So she went back to car and brought her food back in. She had given 2 of my food orders to her. She proceeded to take it back behind the counter and placed my two items from her bag into my bag. She handed it to me, I confronted her about the issue,. She admitted to what she did and asked “you don’t like?” I said no, I want new food”. And said to the other lady that had my food, I said I hope I didn’t offend you. She said, no you didn’t, I would be the same as you. So restaurant lady said “I make new food.” Fast forward, I got busy with scolding my 3 year old and suddenly after 5 min, my entire order was ready. I wasn’t watching her closely, so I’m sure she gave me the same food. I don’t care how good your food, that is a HUGE deal. We will NEVER be back. Warning to everyone!! Update 9/22/2023 FRIED PLANTANOS

We are new to the area and we were driving through the other day, seen the sign and decided to stop. Although the staff seemed friendly and we did get refills on our water, everything else was not so nice. The place seemed kind of dirty and unkept. My husband took our child to the restroom and said they just had sos pads laying around on the bathroom floor, the toilet seat didn't have any bolts on to really stay on. We are by no means picky people and absolutely LOVE Chinese food, but pretty much everything they served had no flavor and was so bland, which was very surprising. Then to top it off, the person who refilled our water would pickup dirty dishes and the dirty table rag, then come over and pick up our glasses with dirty hands. The person actually left someone elses food on my husband's hand, off her hand, from dirty plates when grabbing his cup from him. So that kind of killed our appetite. We also thought we seen raw chicken or something like that just sitting out. If so, that would definitely be bacteria central. Unfortunately we all ended up with stomach aches and not feeling to great after...
