We failed to plan dinner and decided to order in from a place we thought would deliver the fastest. Well half an hour after placing our order we start to wonder what's going on...double checked to make sure we did place the order, to the right address, etc,....35 minutes after order we get a call that they apparently were so busy that our order didn't get out in a timely fashion and they were just getting it ready now....not really much of an apology and they didn't offer us anything for having waited so long (I mean its Jimmy Johns, its supposed to be fast- anywhere else this wouldn't have bothered us). So about 45 minutes later our order finally arrives. The delivery driver didn't apologize but we did find an unexpected cookie in our bag (but really one cookie when we ordered multiple subs? That's the apology?). At least the subs were good- they aren't my favorite sub shop but I can't complain about the quality- they at least did well...

I watched a member of the management team come out from ? approach the staff working behind the counter ... Laughing, hand slapping and horseplaying all the while the SANDWICH MAKERS were gloved, lots of good that does when Team Management is NOT, and particles of saliva is spraying from their mouths while laughing and bantering on BUT please carry on and make those DELICIOUS subs and throw them on the floor just 1 more time before they go out the door because the delivery MUST be freaky fast, NO time for a re-do sandwich... OOPS, but I'm certain the customers were impressed with the speedy arrival of those 5 subs... Wonder if anyone from that delivery group has come down with...

I ordered at 8:07 , email confirmed the store received my order at 8:13, my bank processed at 8:16. At 9:02 I called to see if they were behind the young man said they are behind and it wouldn’t be much longer, okay, I understand. 9:12 I get a message it’s out for delivery. At 9:40 I call STILL no sand which the manager “Carson” argues with me about times and then slows down and looks and realizes I’m correct and it’s been 2 hours. At 10:22 my sandwich gets here, and it’s totally incorrect sandwich. I called the store they answered asked if I could come quick and get it corrected and the “manager “ screams WERE CLOSED!
