I had a bad experience ordering through the drive through. It all started with she asking me if my order was going to be big or else she can’t service me I told her it’s only an order for 2 customers (famous star and the spicy western angus burger combo ) I tried ordering the chicken tenders but she refused because the were frozen so I just got that. I pulled up to pay and she literally yanks my credit card out of my hand and gives it back to me in a bad way. When she gives me the order she literally sticks the order out of the window gripping the bag and hands it to me and shuts the window not bothering to ask me if I need anything else. I usually don’t like to write bad reviews but this is unacceptable I really like coming here and this type of service is no good. The food was good though...
Read moreI had an awful experience here on 7/13/18. Me and another customer walked in to recieve service and When we got to the counter we had enough time to look at thit menu to see what we wanted. Then Kevin told us to get out we are closed. I told him the door was opened and it was not my fault we were able to walk in. Then he said yes it was my fualt and i need to learn how to read. So he refused service to 3 customers. He said the lobby closed at 11pm but it was 11:40 when we walked in. Kevin blamed me the customer for wanting service. This is horrible. I am not sure what kind of restaurant they are running here he gave me so much attitude and was rude to all of us. Read moreThe menu hours for breakfast say this location stops at 11AM not 10:45 like they rudely toldvme at the drive thru. So I say ok and right before I can order anything else the lady says through the intercom ok goodbye and clicks and proceeds to ignore me. I call and ask for a manager and I they responded theres no manager today call back tomorrow so I ask whoever answered why they post 11AM if they stop at 1045. The also very rude lady responds by saying "yeah we stop at 1045 because thats how it is" are you kidding me thats really all you have to say aside the fact that noone there can answer a question and answer why your service is so rediculously slow when there is noone in line inside or at the drive thru.?????...
